Tom Yum Thai Restaurant - Surprise

It was left on the front porch as instructed but did not ring the doorbell to notify us it was delivered. It sat out there for a while before I noticed it was there.

My order was marked ready for pickup within 15 minutes. I got hung up at home so I didn?t arrive for another 20 minutes. When I got there they said that my order wasn?t ready yet and that it would take an additional 20 minutes so all in all my order took almost an hour to be ready. When I got home I realized I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the spicy eggplant but what they gave me looked like the veggie delight minus the peas? While I was waiting for my order there were other people that were waiting a long time and received incorrect orders as well. Overall will likely not go back.

We have eaten there in the past and enjoyed it. Our carry-out experience notsomuch. The Orange Chicken was really dried out and overcooked and not enough sauce for all the chicken. Hawaiian rice tasted like there was a spice on it to cover a burnt taste. The Pad Thai was pretty good. Don't think we'll eat there again.

Soups were piping hot and delicious, our meal was tasty and fresh. Food from Tom Yum is always excellent.

We did a takeout order but one order was missing which we realized when I got home. I called the restaurant several times but had to leave messages. No response back yet.

I was very surprised to find Angel Wings offered, i enjoyed them a lot. I especially enjoyed the Larb, but the green curry was also very good. The online ordering was easy and the food was ready at the agreed pickup time. I will be eating here again.

Kinda disappointed in this order. Been coming here for many years and lately it?s been very hit or miss. Not as consistently excellent as it used to be. With this latest order, one of the dishes with potatoes were not fully cooked and the other just had very little flavor. The sauce was watered down and thin instead of the usual thick and flavorful version that I am used to. I?m hoping they are able to bring things back around. Tom Yum has been a great staple in Surprise for a long time. I?m willing to pay more for the consistently excellent quality. Please do not reduce quality to maintain pricing.

Their system broke and it was a mess. They forgot a food.

after paying for food thru your company, and having it confirmed with your email, i went to tom yums restaurant and they had no record of the order and i did not receive the food. I would like a refund on the order. very unhappy and confused.

Rat street totally messed up my order. I received an email confirmation that my food would be ready for pick up at 5:29. When I arrived at 5:33 I was told the order was ?Just? received and the pick up time was 6:30. The eat street app is very disappointing , and makes me want to consider other options, like take and bake pizza

My order was not complete. The restaurant forgot to include white rice with my yellow curry meal.

Excellent Food!

Great food and service. Really good meal. Only desire is for the Hawaiian rice with chicken and shrimp would come included with more than 2 single pieces of shrimp.

For the first time, the broccoli noodles were mushy and very disappointing. Normally, it is very good but not this time and with a pick-up, instead of dining in, it's very difficult to "return" a bad product.

The food was excellent and my order was ready on time. A very good experience. I'll definitely be a return customer!

Expected the orange glaze to be on the tofu already, in a cup was different.

Eaten there for years, this was the worst meal we have ever had. We had to throw part of it out.

the calamari was very bad 8 rings in a thick batter.. you had to work to find the calamari. pad thai used to be great.. not good this time.. did you change cooks???

Big delay in takeout, Poor masking. Food not nearly as good as it used to be. Sad.

The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We will be ordering again!

Food was good, but didn?t realize I needed to specify level of spice. The default is NO SPICE. Maybe a prompt about spice level eoild be helpful.

The food was very good, fried food was too soaked in frying oil. Would wish dessert would be also in Gluten Free, sugar free and diary free option.
