Giovanni's Roast Beef & Pizza - Haverhill

I ordered curly fries and a sub. The sub was great but the fries were inedible. There was no mention of the fries being spicy but they were so over spiced and peppery i threw them out.

The food at Giovanni's in Haverhill and Methuen is great. Quality from steak tips that are so tender, to pizzas or cakzone.. Always fresh food and friendly service.The delivery service is quick and good hot and fresh.

They got the pizza wrong. We ordered extra toppings that we paid extra for but they didn?t add them to the pizza. Very disappointing!

Nothing but bad experiences here. Waited an hour for my last pick up. After being told it be ready by a certain time.

Good customer service and fast delivery. I only have one real problem though. You guys, Caesar salads traditionally come with romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese and croutons. Every time I order a Caesar salad you don't put the Parmesan on the salad nor is there an option to have the cheese put on there. I like ordering from you guys, but I'm not going to keep ordering if you guys can't even do a basic Caesar Salad right.

Fries were soggy and pizza cold. Really good food on both counts about half the time though so still worth trying if looking for a decent place.

I love Giovanni?s but this cheese calzone was inside out, thin, messy and too salty. Inedible almost. Please tweak it or ensure quality control and presentation ASAP.

Ordered bbq chicken pizza and buffalo chicken pizza.. bbq sauce to watery made the crust too wet.. buffalo pizza too spicy..

Every time I order the combo salad I ask for onion on the side and I get an extra charge after the fact. They need to add onion to the list of extras you can have for an additional price.

My order was ready on time. Food was nice and hot. Good food for a reasonable cost.

The food is good and I love the calzones.
