It was ok this time around, had a bunch of fatty pieces in it and it didn't taste like usual. Hopefully just a down day.

Food is excellent. But the app told me it was ready and it was not. This has happend several times in a row.

A shell of the bourbon chicken it used to be. Large box of white rice with a piece of broccoli and enough chicken to still be able to say its got chicken.

Typically our bourbon chicken is on point. This time, it was not so much. The chicken seemed to be over cooked or like it had been sitting on the flat top too long.

I ordered Bourbon Chicken and Bourbon Beef and had vegetables added. It came and neither one had rice in them. Kind of like ordering Chicken fried rice and no rice in it. wtf? Ended up making a frozen pizza.

Quality wasn?t as good as usual as there wasn?t much sauce with the bourbon chicken like it usually is and the chicken was overcooked

Wrong food was delivered. I was refunded my money by EatStreet. Then I reordered but my order was canceled because it was a "duplicate" order. I called the restaurant and picked up the food myself.

I love there food but I don?t if it was EatStreet or chop-Stix but it definitely

We didn't receive Rice with our meals. Just veggies and meat. The beef was soupy with out the rice.

Delivery time went from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Food was fabulous and I received large portions. App was not accurate on food being ready and the service was not great. I stood there quite a while before someone acknowledged me.

Order arrived later than what was told when I ordered it

Waited an hour even after the tracker said 20 minutes. Pretty sure they dished it up at the time o ordered. The rice had sat so long it was formed in the shape of the care out container. Grizzle in the chicken, not once but three, stopped even trying to eat it after that?..all round bad experience.

I noticed the prices on the eat street app are quite a bit more expensive than on the restaurants regular menu.

Chop-Stix is always a good option for delicious food. The burbon chicken is a great choice and their sushi is awesome!!!

Not enough vegetables! Stop skimping us on the veggies. When we ask for extra veggies, WE MEAN EXTRA, a bunch of veggies! Not the weeshed asf two tiny scoops of veggies, and the meat was not double meat at all too!

Food was delivered before the original ETA and everything was perfectly prepared.
