Oh My Grill

Still wanting for a manager from east street to email me after waiting over an hour on chat and being told they can't help me.

Oh My Grill did not correctly complete our order We ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a mushroom swiss burger with fries. The description of the two items clearly stated that fries would be included with the burgers We received the burgers but not the fries The problem does not lie with EatStreet, it is the fault of Oh My Grill for not correctly filling out our order This is the second time in a row that this has happened to us. The last time was with Amigos Restaurant. They left out one of the entrees we had ordered We will no longer be ordering food delivery through any means since restaurants do not seem capable of correctly completing our orders. Thank you

It wasn't the fault of EatStreet but my order wasn't quite correct. EatStreet did great!

The food was good I didn't get my entire order and I didn't get my milkshake and that was most important

It was delivered real quick and was set on the front porch, rather than the front step. Which I appreciated.

I was so sad the wrap was terrible. The chicken appeared to be very old and crumbled the way fish does. The wrap only appeared to be filled with lettuce and mayo, no other veggies. Was not edible.

Very inventive and delicious burgers with several non-meat substitutes if you want it.

The food was great and delivered in a timely manner. The fries are way good! However, we had ordered and paid for an extra cheese sauce and didn?t receive it.

Everything was good except the chicken strip for my daughter were completely burnt.

Fried food was cold. I?ve had it several times delivered very hot but this time it was cold and not good.

My husband likes the taco burger and they have great fries. This last time we ordered I got the children?s chicken tenders and they were so badly burned they were black and charred. I tried to pick the burned breading off but they were so bad I could hardly chew them myself let alone give them to my toddler. Super disappointed.

The food is AMAZING! Try the garlic mayo fries, you will not be disappointed! Ranch is delicious too!

If you like cold food 2 hours after you order it you'll love it!

Always a solid choice. Nothing to fancy here, just really good burgers and wraps.

My husband and I both loved your burgers! Extremely great quality and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid burger meal! Garlic fries are now my favorite food. And I also ordered a deluxe milkshake and it was divine with lots of extra goodies inside!

I love "Oh My Grill" the shakes are amazing and the food is always so good. I have ordered it twice now and I have never been disappointed.

I always get great food from Oh My Grill. This time it wasn't good and I was really surprised by that. I ordered chicken strips, and mozzerella sticks. The chicken strips were burned/black and the cheese sticks were way over done.

I have never, ever, had fries delivered hot and the only reason I even ordered them was because they came with the burger. I am so glad I did. The Garlic mayo fries are easily in the top five best foods in Cedar Falls/Waterloo area. The other versions are also great, but WOW, those garlic mayo fries have guaranteed I will order from here time and time again. Great job and great job getting them to us still hot!

Best burger I've had in a long time! Love that they have gluten free buns or the option for the lettuce wrap!!! Sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had!

We waited for an hour and a half to get our food. The estimate was one hour. When our food arrived a lot of it was cold. The fries and onion rings were soggy. The cheese curds were hard and cold. We love OMG food but will never order it through Eat Street again.
