Good quality Thai food. Best pad Thai in DC!

I love Paragon Thai but they did not send the Ka Pow Pork as I ordered it. They added the extra meat but not the extra vegetables. I would appreciate ac$3 refund for the overcharge. Otherwise everything was delicious.

Every single meal I've had from Paragon Thai has been absolutely delicious! From appetizers to soups to main courses, the dishes I've tried have been consistently excellent. The food is well-seasoned, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. I'd also like to give them LOTS of credit for how they handle takeout: My food ALWAYS arrives hot and well-packaged; they ALWAYS get my order correct. I absolutely love this restaurant!

Customer service was great. I accidentally placed my order for pickup and I meant to order delivery. I called them and they fixed it. Vegetable soup is delicious!

The Pad thai was made with recycled noodles and minimal sauce, it had no taste. I paid for very bad food. Will not order from Paragon Thai ever again.

Delicious and fresh! This was my first experience with kanom jeeb, and they were delightful. The tom kha is balanced and zesty. I'm new to the neighborhood, and I look forward to exploring the Paragon Thai menu! The delivery was quick, too.

Standard Thai menu, above average prep, pleasant staff. But they messed up one of three entrees (left out the noodles - pretty central for a noodle dish)

Pick-up service was fast, on time, and safety procedures were followed to the letter.

In the future please state how many egg rolls in an order (4). The Pad Thai had all of the best flavors associated with Pad Thai though the noodles were somewhat mushy. I assumed that the meal had been prepared too far in advance of our pick-up.

Delicious food, quickly prepared and brought out to me on the sidewalk. Couldn't ask for more.

Very disorganized. Had to wait 45 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready. Very close quarters for waiting as well, definitely not room for social distancing.

Food was good, as normal, but the pickup process is horrible. I waited over an hour at the store; no one was working a front counter and 7+ people were inside the small pickup area at one point. Order delivery if you want food from here.

I don?t recall the system choosing my tip. I like to give cash. But food was v good.

The food was ordinary. I got the duck rolls, but I could not taste the duck, they were just like ordinary spring rolls. The spicy rice was harsh rather than well seasoned.

They need a better chef, it could be excellent but the food is very mediocre, good enough only to satisfy the urge. IF they even followed their own descriptions, it would be such more delicious Thai food.

steamed dumpling and pad broccoli were excellent. I had expected less sauce with the tilapia, but it was very good.
