This was my first time having food (anything) delivered. I was able to literally watch and track the process of my order. The driver was very pleasant.

My hamburgers were not seasoned at all they tasted bland. I was highly disappointed.

They cook dverything do well snd will honor requests when reasonable!!

The good was tasty as always but I put on both of the skillet orders for the gravy to be put on the side and they missed that request sadly. Overall 6/10 will definitely be calling in our order next time though.

Forgot coffee, so I called and they said they cannot deliver it, 3rd. hand drive, or some bull, I called Sam's since I have been going there since 1969

They didn't include the raspberry and blueberry toppings we ordered in the bag, and we didn't find out until we got home.

The food wasn?t terrible tasting it just wasn?t good. My French toast was closer to toast than anything French. Everything else was mediocre. The eggs were cooked well, just bland and the bacon was just regular old bacon, nothing special. If you want bacon eggs and toast for a great value, Sam and Charlie?s is for you. If you want something French, well.. good luck Charlie.

They're the best diner around and I cannot recommend them enough for breakfast and lunch. Food is always correct and delicious. Please give them your business

Everything was great, just wish coffee would have been stronger.....,but it's okay!!! I grew up in Germany, and usually coffee is strong. Staff was real help & customer service was great. Thank you very much.
