Great food and service always

As usual, everything we ordered from Ni Hao was EXCELLENT! We order there once or twice (sometimes three) times a month. We rotate entrees -- the beef and broccoli, Hunan beef, Hunan shrimp, Mongolian beef, lo mein, wonton soup, hot n sour soup, egg rolls, fried dumplings, crab Rangoon, pork wontons. Everything is always delivered fast and it arrives still hot, with the fried appetizers still crispy! We love Ni Hao. While at work, I ordered from other Chinese restaurants (Ni Hao didn't deliver to my office) and I was always so disappointed. The other places served flavorless beef, pasty rice and rubbery wontons. Ni Hao is and will stay our go-to for Chinese take-out/delivery!

Food was excellent but delivery was not good. Food was actually delivered to next-door neighbor left on front porch when I called the restaurant they said that it had been delivered about an hour ago so I checked and no food they offered to make it for me again which was great. Delivery person came back out took food off of front porch of neighbor and then brought it over to me. Ask if it was OK. I checked the food it was actually still warm so I figured it would still be OK to eat. It had not been opened. That is the first time it has happened with this restaurant , so not a big deal.

I?m a long-time fan of Nihao: their food is reliably fresh and delicious. Last night our entrees were even better! They have increased the amounts of those fresh ingredients and the skillful preparation was the best ever. Way to up your game, Nihao!

We ordered delivery from Nihao this week for the first time. The delivery service was prompt and courteous and the food was still fresh and hot. And the food itself from Nihao was delicious! We ordered Schezaun beef and beef and broccoli (with no broccoli), eggrolls, wontons and hot and sour soup. Everything was fresh and and tasty, with just the right amount of heat. The entrees came with some of the best fried rice I've had in a long time. It was true fried rice, not the nasty yellow rice some places serve. The entrees were prepared and cooked perfectly. The meat was tender and the vegetables were not over cooked. All in all, a great experience. We have found our new Chinese food delivery restaurant.

Everything was great EXCEPT the hot and sour soup. This is the third time we have ordered it recently and it's just awful . Nihao used to do a great hot and sour - don't know why the changed the recipe. The boneless pork ribs are fantastic!!
