My 16" pie wasn't cold but it certainly went hot either. The cheese was solid not melty by the time it showed up. Im less than 2 miles away.. When I ordered it said it would arrive in 15-20 min, which made sense to me, because I ordered after "dinner rush" but it was still 45 min before it arrived. I suspect my pie was in the car, while the driver made more than one delivery. Bummed.

Our order arrived in reasonable time, was hot, correct toppings. However none of the pizzas were the hand tossed crust that was ordered on all three of the pizzas on this order. Mr. X's pizza says that they don't receive the order directly so they cannot know what the expected order really is. I suspect this is probably one of a few bugs in this ordering system that need to be addressed,so error checking can be more closely managed along with security.

They do a great job from start to finish. The value is off the charts. 9 toppings for $20 is unheard of. Plus it is a 16 inch pizza. Plenty of leftovers. I walked in as she was pulling my pizza out of the oven. Since I order from them regularly they know me by more order. I am a very satisfied customer.

Pizza was not correct...ordered a Meat Lovers but with pepperoni only on one half....got half meat lovers (with Pepperoni) and half was Pepperoni ONLY. I guess this could have been due to misinterpretation as pizza was ordered on line, but when I called to let them know the girl who answered the phone was rude and could care less...NO Customer Service at all. Also, the pizza was 30 minutes later than they said and the toppings were sliding off the side like it had been tilted . NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Pizza was horrible

My food while good was supposed to arrive before 8pm. At 8:10 i called just to check on it. Was told the driver already left and it will be there any minute finally arrived at 8:30. I ordered over an hour before that.

I'm from Chicago and am pretty hard on pizza from others cities. I found MisterX pizza to be the best I've found so far in St. Louis. Sausage was excellent, as was totally topping choices and crust was thin and crunchy. Wings were nearly and very tasty

Pizza & Wing was very good. Wings were a tad bit salty but vey tender, will order again!

Pizza was very tasty. Sauce was very sweet and tangy without the canned taste that comes from other pizza places and there was a large amount of cheese without it overwhelming the toppings. I enjoyed the "Mr X Pizza" as a variation of the normal supreme and was glad that I made this choice. Will definitely order from Mr. X Pizza, again.

We order almost once a week. The people are just as awesome as the pizza!!

I typed a request of ?no bacon? in the online form, but the pizza had bacon on it. Otherwise, the other pizzas were fantastic.
