Delivery service was awesome and pizza tastes great.

Very low quantities of the toppings. Very little flavor, We threw most of it away. Delivery was super slow and we only live a few blocks away.

no point of adding instructions if they don?t follow it. also called to make sure they got the instructions.

Food was fine. Delivery was terrible. I called after waiting 2 hours. Apparently no one saw the original order. I finally received my order 2 hours and 50 minutes after I placed the order. Wish I hadn't left a tip on this one. I understand mistakes happen, but this really shouldn't happen ever.

45 min. late and room temp cold. They make good pizza, just getting it delivered hot and in a timely manner is a problem. Then EatStreet said they couldn't do anything about it. Why are they around exactly?

I got the wrong order and it took a hour when I live 5 minutes away as well as expensive for a basic pizza

Well I ordered it at 6 Pm. and I was supposed to pickup at 6:30. I got there are 6:20 and asked about it. He said it was in the oven. At 6:30 I asked about it and he said 10 more minutes. At 6:40 i asked was it ready. He said it wasn?t in the oven yet ? they had a rush of orders. No apology. I took my money back and walked out.

The pizza itself was great -- but they had not received my EastStreet order when I went to pick it up, despite the app claiming it was ready.

I ask them specifically to add extra sauce on the wings didn?t get nothing ask for well cook on wings didn?t get them even cook. Bad experience probably not buying here again!

Worst version of calzone ever.it was supposed to ha pesto, it dint. Just a big piece of cheese wrapped in dry bread. Sauce on the side was enough for 2 bites. Never again

The sauce tasted a bit sour and there was way too much cheese on the pizza. I had to throw it out only eating one slice. The employee was very nice and food was ready on time.

I always think they are not friendly when I pick up the foods. Their pizza is good enough and quick to be ready but wish they were more friendlier.

It seems like they're good one time, bad the next. This was a bad one . . . something off with this pizza.. The experienced using EatStreet didn't help: I made the order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up, I'm pretty sure they had no idea I'd ordered it until I showed up to ask about it. They kept telling me to come back in a few minutes, and I finally got it 25 minutes after I first showed up . . . 25 minutes after the app said it would be ready.

Room temp cold pizza that had to be reheated.

I'm in San Francisco. And want my money refunded ASAP!!!!

I ordered a custom pizza with olives and mushrooms but when I got home with it, it had only cheese and no other toppings.

Pizza was great, we order all the time and it?s consistent. Only issue this time was they forgot to include the side or ranch. The driver did offer to come back with the side but I didn?t think it was that much of an issue to make him drive back and forth. I am sure it was an honest mistake and it won?t effect my future business with Pizza Express.
