The lasagna I ordered was delicious and surprise it came with salad and bread. It was beyond my expectations and the order was on time and stayed warm til I ate.

Ordered and paid for fries but when I got to the location I was told there was no fries at this location.

The inability to make any changes to the order is a shortcoming of this online ordering tool relative to other options.

Ordering was pretty seamless and timely; I did request no tomatoes, but still got them, so the process for minor exceptions to the standard order doesn't seem to be completely fool-proof. On balance, a time-saving measure, and I would definitely use it again.

Got the combo and wasn't disappointed with the portion of the half sandwich. It was delicious and did not skimp on the meats.

The food is great. Most of the staff aren't too friendly.

Your ordering system didn't work... they had to retake my order when I arrived which was a huge waste of time. I will avoid using EatStreet going forward.
