Per the app, the food was supposed to be ready at 4:03 PM. I arrived late, at 4:20 PM and the merchant complained that he had only just received the online order from the app. Food was not ready until 4:35 PM. 32 minutes after the designated pick up time, and an hour after the order time. Unacceptable. The proprietor said it happens all the time with this app.
