They forgot the tomatoes on the pizza. I got reimbursed for the tomatoes but the tomatoes make the pizza.
Late delivery and missing drinks
We got the wrong pizza order & Rocky's said they wouldn't make it right because eatstreet messed the order up. So we won't be ordering from there anymore.
I specified well-done and got a half-cooked, doughy, cheese-wasn't-even-fully melted mess with about 3/4 of the dough it should have around the edges. Thanks for wasting 45$ of my $ for 1 pizza I couldn't even eat it was so raw. Especially right after I put Well-done in the box provided for extra instructions.
items were missing from order. When i called to resolve the issue, neither eatstreet nor Rocky's wanted to help. They kept tell me to contact the other, wasting a few hours of my day to just get a refund on a few drinks. A customer should never be put in-between two companies like this.
It always takes forever to get. I don't blame eat street for it.
Not a accurate delivery tracker and the toppings were wrong on the pizza ?.

It's my favorite pizza. I like a thick crust pizza and non-spicy sausage.
The food was very good as usual. However, my last two orders had the Gobbler sub and both times the amount of turkey was quite a bit less than in the past. It was more like the amount in the reg turkey sub. I would rather pay a little more than to cut back on the amount of protein.

We ordered breadsticks and did not get any marinara sauce. The crust on both slices was undercooked, very doughy and raw.
Horrible. Burned. Greasy.
The instructions were to ring the doorbell and leave at the front door. The order was left at the back door on the patio. And the doorbell was not rung. It must have been there for a while before I saw it because it was not quite lukewarm.
All the toppings were on one side of the box like the delivery person carried it on it?s side. Did my knock or ring the doorbell when it was delivered. Didn?t get ranch with my wings that was ordered. Terrible experience.
Pizza was great
Food not dropped off to the correct side of house. No notification order was delivered. Food was cold once found, after calling rocky rococo and learning the delivery driver had just returned from dropping it off. Contacted ear street and was told delivery was handled by the store. Called the store and was told there was nothing they could do. Called back and finally got a manager who said they would refund the order. Food was cold and looked like a high school cafeteria pizza. Unbeatable due to the cold.
My order was made incorrectly.
It was ready for pick up sooner than expected, hot and delicious!
There was a long black hair baked right on top of my pizza slice, and then I found another hair in my breadsticks.

They forgot sauces
Poor food quality (pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out all day) and all 3 sauces included plus an extra sauce were missing.
Hardly had any sauce on it. Other wise good
Usually pizza is great but the crust was quite raw.
It wasnt the food from rockys that was the issue it was the blatant disregard for instructions by your driver that ruined my expirience. They left my food on the doorstep of my without ringing the doorbell, or calling and did not confirm that the order was delivered. My food sat outside for a good period of time, by the time i had the oppurtunity to grab it, it was stone cold. I will not be using eat street again and i wish i had left no tip.
Disappointed that the food arrived late. The garlic bread was a little dry, an over cooked an the pizza had a great flavor, wish I had gone light on the sauce as made the middle pieces a little sloppy.
Second time missing items. They did send me coupons. I appreciate that.

When ordered it said it would be delivered in about 50 min, came in 30 min, still hot. Best pizza around.

It was not easy ordering the soda with the family meal deal. We put in comments what we wanted but ended up with the wrong ones.
