Players Pizza & Pub

The order took over an hour to be delivered after the restaurant confirmed the order, resulting in us receiving cold food. I had to reach out to chat support to verify I was getting it because I received a text that said it was delayed but would be delivered by 9:33PM, and by 9:50 it was only showing "calculating ETA" in tracking. Luckily the driver was on the way to the restaurant by that point, but I had placed the order around 8:30PM so it took longer than it should have.

I ordered a Titan burger with no sauce, it came with sauce on it. I ordered a side of tarter sauce, no tartar sauce. The burgers were burnt, the gyro meat was dry, ordered a side of the sauce with the gyro. No sauce came on the side

Wrong size pizza got a few dollars off but left us without enough food. Also took well over an hour to get here. Also to be clear these are issues with the restaurant not the delivery driver.

It was cold and looked like it had been sitting for along time before bit was delivered.

Players rules.

Our order was wrong. We ordered 10 buffalo wings and 10 Parmesan garlic wings. But got 20 wings that looked like they were tossed in a combo of buffalo AND Parmesan garlic. They were not awesome. And we love Players!

Called and ordered a pizza that was supposed to have sausage on the whole pizza and black olive and mushroom on half. When my pizza arrived it only had sausage on half of it. Even though it wasn?t the correct Pizza all EatStreet could do was refund my money for the half toppings.

Pizza barely has any sauce at all. Otherwise it was good

Grilled Chicken was burnt and focaccia bread was hard as a rock, French fries were tasteless. So bummed because I love this sandwich normally.

It took almost two hours to get our food, we will not order from Players again.

I'm sure the food would have been a lot better if it got here on time. Didn't get it until almost an hour after it was said to be picked up by the driver. No problems with Players, but problems with EatStreet and them claiming it was picked up when it wasn't.

Absolutely terrible experience

Your delivery driver carried the pizzas like he was bringing groceries in the house in a tote bag (sideways and not flat like a normal person)... and they were completly smooshed in a pile in the corner of the pizza boxes. It was an absolute joke. To spend $65.01 on 2 pizzas along with your delivery fee, and a prepaid tip is a joke when the pizza was lukewarm and ruined. I did contact support and have been told that I'll be getting a refund. Unfortunatly, you are able to take our money instantly, however it takes days to get refunds back. I'm going to start picking up my food in person after this experiance. We've been loyal users of EatStreet and I find it hard to waste that money anymore.

Food was cold when it arrived to our house. Food was late, almost an hour late!

I realize that it was probably the driver's fault for being late. That's why our food wasn't warm. However, there is a glitch in the system. When Eat Street's system said the order was out for delivery and when the driver actually picked it up. I called your restaurant. Also, the girl on the phone basically said, good luck finding your pizza. I think that I'll stick to businesses that deliver their own food.

One item ordered was not delivered

The players chips were almost burnt & we paid for multiple extra sauces that we didn?t receive

I used to frequent Players a lot when I lived on the south side of Oshkosh and recently thought of trying delivery now that I?ve moved to the NE side. I?m glad I did! It?s so hard to find a large gluten-free pizza anywhere, and I am so excited that Players? GF crust is delicious and doesn?t taste like cauliflower! I did a double-take that I had the right one. My spouse and kid also loved their standard thin crust pizza. Well done, Players! Good pizza had by all!

The food was good but not pretty... I wish there was an option to adjust the tip after delivery. OR base the tip on the delivery. Our food containers were placed in the bad sideways and it was in a big pile of mush.

Food was cold, extras were missing

FF we?re soggy & gross and they sent chili instead of soup like we ordered. Not to mention the driver delivered our food the the wrong address. Luckily we were looking outside & had to go grab it off of our neighbors front porch..

Order was cancelled.

Everything was probably good but I specifically asked for a sauce to be withheld from a sandwich for allergic reasons and they still put it on. That's an easy way to ruin a meal or get someone sick, not to mention a pretty simple task to honor.

My pizza was really cold

The food would have been excellent if only the delivery person would have run the doorbell to alert us that our food had arrived. It sat out in the cold.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes. Did not get all the order. Also one item was not correct. You would think after waiting that long things would be correct.

Delivery was 1 hour 45mins from order.

They forgot some extras I paid for and gave me a smaller portion of an item I paid extra for but EatStreet took care of it. Food was good though! EatStreet driver was way ahead of schedule too so that was nice.

When placing my dinner order the the estimated time said 50 mins, after placing it changed to 75. My dinner took just shy of 2 hours to be delivered. It took over 25 mins to be delivered when leaving the restaurant. I am not sure where the hold up was but I am extremely disappointed in both players and eat street.

Their Gyros are delicious!

Our food was maybe luke warm by the time we finally got it, which in turn took almost 2 hours.

When I placed my order the app said 55 mins. My food arrived after an hour and a half. I would not have selected this restaurant if I would have known that was the duration of time. This has has happened more than once and I am always disappointed. I will make sure to not select players again anytime soon.
