India Palace

I have been a customer of India Palace for 18 years and have normally received good service. Last night however may be the last straw on ordering from you again, my order was placed at 19:16 and was provided with a delivery time of 20:05 at 20:35 the order had not been received and I called you and was given an excuse about the order been ready but no one been able to deliver and that you expected a driver in about 10 minutes, I asked if this meant the food would be delivered hot or cold as by your own admission the food was ready I was advised that you would ensure the food arrived hot, at 21:05 your driver arrived and delivered the order, upon inspection the food was found to be COLD and had to be heated in the microwave oven which defeats the objective of ordering from you. Whether I order from you again or end an 18 year relationship as a very regular customer (both in house and delivered) depends on your response.
