Hot stuff came hot and cold stuff came cold!

My order was supposed to come between 45 min - 1 hour. I didn't get the food for 1 and a half hours. I asked for salt packets to be included, and there were none in the bag. Also, all the drinks that I ordered came warm (I ordered diet Pepsi and diet Snapple, so they should have been cold.)
