Giulio's Pizza Restaurant

Could not figure out where to deliver to after specific instructions given. I received a text from the restaurant saying they can cancel the order if it is "too far". The app allowed the order to be placed. Why would you offer a service you cannot fulfill? Sounds like bad business practice to offer a delivery option and become upset when someone uses it! Especially with the absurd delivery fees! When your order is double the original price, who would want to tip anyway?
