this is the second time i?ve been disappointed with this restaurant

the sub was great. however, ending up having to pay $7 extra for french fries, even though on the app it states that subs COME WITH fries & coleslaw, is ridiculous.

When I got my order and opened it it was disgusting. No chicken drenched with blue cheese. Just nasty. And they automatically tilled themselves on my card. I called them to say what happened and whoever answered was not nice at all. Wanted to give me a refund if someone drove and picked up the order but I had threw it away and was not about to dig threw trash! I am super disgusted with that place.
