Bombay is the best Indian in Morgantown.
The food is delicious and was ready ahead of pick up time. I requested utensils and napkins, but there none in the bag.
Always fast and delicious
The food is always excellent. But they always forget part of the order which is frustrating
Food was outstanding! but... they have a hard time getting everything in the order. this is the 3rd time in a row we have been missing something. So if you're reading this, make sure you check your order before you leave!!
I love Bombay!
Always excellent! Food and delivery is the best!
SO GOOOOOD!!!!!
Excellent food!
Food was amazing! Got my family to try some of my favorite Indian food for the first time & we absolutely loved it! Will definitely be ordering from here again!
Did not start making the order until we came to get it. Food was decent, but we got it 45 minutes late.
After hearing countless rave reviews about Bombay Indian Grill being the "best" Indian food in Morgantown, my husband and I were excited to try it for our Mother's Day takeout. Unfortunately, our experience was shockingly bad and left us incredibly disappointed and still hungry. To start, the Chicken Tikka Masala, which we both ordered, was the worst I've ever had at a restaurant. The sauce was watery and lacked the rich, flavorful depth I expect from this dish. My garlic naan was also stale and chewy, a far cry from the fresh, pillowy bread it should be. Beyond the poor quality of the food, the portion sizes were shockingly small, especially considering the price. For $42, we received two meager portions of chicken and rice and the stale garlic naan. I'm still hungry after finishing my entire meal, a stark contrast to other local Indian restaurants like Fresh Mint, where the portions are so generous I usually have leftovers. The most disgusting part of our experience, however, was discovering a hair in my husband's Chicken Tikka Masala. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. Adding insult to injury, when I called the restaurant to inform them of our disappointing first experience ? specifically mentioning the hair and the stale naan ? their resolution was for me to drive back to the restaurant (a 20-minute drive each way) for a replacement plate. This is not an acceptable solution for a first-time customer who received substandard and potentially unsanitary food. Proper customer service would have involved a more considerate and convenient resolution, especially given the circumstances. Overall, our first experience with Bombay Indian Grill was a major letdown. The poor food quality, minuscule portions for the price, and the appalling discovery of a hair in our meal, compounded by the dismissive customer service, means we will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant. Perhaps we did get a "dud" order, but the way our concerns were handled was equally disappointing.
The food was great and delivery was faster than I expected.
I loved it, excellent food!
The food is excellent every time that I have been to Bombay, the service was speedy and courteous! I will absolutely be back again.
I love Bombay! Their food and service is excellent!!
Delicious food. We ordered a range of dinner items and all were very good. Highly recommend this place:)
Never disappoints. Great food and reasonable prices
Amazing and love it.
Too spicy. Unable to select spice level. Had to wait hour and half to receive the food I couldn?t eat. Customer support gave me $5 coupon for my inconvenience after spending $40 worth of food which will probably sit in my fridge and mold and finally be thrown away. Won?t recommend eat street to anyone.
Had food from them a few weeks ago that was amazing, this order was subpar. The Biryani Lamb was tasty, but could've had more meat. Also, the meat that was there most definitely didn't taste like lamb, but beef, and it was extremely dry. The Saag vegetables were decent, but hardly enough spinach. The chicken Chettinad would've been better with dark meat. Lastly, a little 2-piece side of Naan should be free, for goodness sake, smh, since this food isn't exactly cheap.
I paid $24 dollars for an extremely small container (it looked like maybe a lunch-size portion) of veggie curry and about half of that same size container of rice and an order of naan. Huge price for a very small portion of food. Additionally, that website told me the food would be ready by 8:30PM and it was not ready until 8:47PM. I will not be ordering again.
always delicious!
Food was great! It was ready 15 mins later than expected, but was hot fresh and delicious so well worth the wait. Employee was super respectful too among the busy.
Food was good but they forgot the most important part of my night. That delicious Gupan Mejia was the one thing I was looking forward to all night and they forgot it. When I returned to the restaurant and told them they forgot it, they body slammed me and kicked out. I?m still recovering from my injuries and they have banned me for life.
The food from Bombay Grill is delicious. This was the first time I had used "Eatstreet" for food delivery. I will NOT be using them again. I placed the online order at 6:05pm. I called them at 6:45pm to find out where my food was, because the app didn't track the order, when it said it would take 40min. I reached out to customer service, using the chat feature and order number. The customers service agent said that they were not due to pick up the order until 7:05pm. It was 7:40pm when I received the order. In an effort to "make it right," they sent me a $9 off coupon for a $10 or more order." HOW was that making it right? It was an $80 order from Bombay India. I know that Bombay received my order at 6:05pm, because my credit card text came through showing the charge. Eatstreet LIED about the delivery information and tried to cover it. I won't order from them again and would NOT suggest their service.
Perfectly made, exactly what I ordered and delicious!
Missing item I was charged. Taste was ok.
everything is always amazing here!
Best indian food place in the area, highly recommend the chicken palak
Fragrant, delicious food. So, so good!
Great food
The Chicken is disgusting has a terrible flavor. The tikka sauce, rice and naan were okay
Bombay is always 10/10
Best Indian in Morgantown!
Bombay is always a hit. 10/10
Great food and service.
my order was not delivered and bombay grill would not pick up my call when I tried to call them to resolve the issue.
The best!
I received the wrong item and had a severe allergic reaction to it. They insisted it was correct but I have had the correct dish dozens of times and never had a reaction. They refused to give me a refund. Will never be returning.
Received someone else?s order
Best Indian food in Morgantown!
The food was delicious, we just weren't sure what we were eating. The containers need labeled and we had nine different items. The other issue was the promised pick up time of 20 minutes was not met. I sat and waited an additional 20 minutes with no apologies or acknowledgement from the staff. So, go for the food, ask them to label and order early.
The food is good, but the service is horrible!
Excellent as usual!
i genuinely think this was the best food i?ve eaten since i came to campus
So delicious!
Delicious
Great food!
Food is always very good, in my experience. Thank you
