On time. Very courteous. Pizza was great as always!
waited a whole day for it NOT to arrive.
My meal was 3 hours late and I had to talk with customer service twice to make sure I was getting it. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a $4 coupon as a ?solution?. I don?t plan on ordering with EatStreet unless I can get a refund for my order.
The order was said to be out for delivery after taking over an hour and a half, and then just never accepted the order and it was past close. Oh and I had to go through EatStreet help support to find out the order wasn?t coming and getting a refund.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED.
This was the 1st time ever ordering by delivery. I knew going into it this may take up to an hour. But an hour and 45 minutes?! I'm surprised the damn thing was still warm. Not only that the driver delivered by food without a mask on.
Last night was a nightmare!
The driver opened my pizza box and the bag where the breadsticks were. It was an hour late and I was refunded less than half of the amount of the entire order. My experience was terrible.
Workers and manager was very rude and unprofessional to customers. I told them I was missing cheese cups once I got home and gave me attitude for complaining. They also refused to give me corporate?s number to make a complaint and hung up when I asked for their name.
Excellent as always!
The noodles and sauce was really good but the shrimp did not taste done.
