Even though there was an issue with placing the order online, Lucky Liu's was still able to put my order together and delivery it in a timely fashion. The driver was very courteous and understanding. Will definitely order from them again. Food was pretty awesome too.

I?ve been ordering from here forever! It?s my ?go to? when I need my quick Chinese food fix. The shrimp egg fu young is excellent. Always big shrimp. The portion sizes are really good! Look for their coupon on the menu. Free crab Rangoon or a California Roll with a $25 dollar purchase. Which is easy to do. Did I mention that their sushi is good too??

The egg roll had shrimp in it, but that was not indicated while ordering. I am severely allergic and had to throw it out.

Quality fine, but $7.95 for a small container of fried rice? Last time for that! And where's the nutritionally superior BROWN RICE? Can I get a response from you? Why only one-way communication?

After I placed my order, I called and talked to the guy to whom I had complained about two weeks ago that we were charged for an egg roll that we didn't receive. He said he didn't remember that (and probably thought I was trying to con him.) At any rate, I just checked our credit card site against your emailed receipt and and saw that indeed we were charged for the egg roll we should have gotten free. No more. Time to try another place--an honest place. Going to tell my friends, too!

Paid for an egg roll, didn't get it. Food otherwise okay. Was told I would get credit for the missing item, so it will be interesting if that happens.

My wife ordered the Chicken Chow Mein, because she had ordered it before and loved it. Same great result again. I ordered the Shrimp Cashew Nuts, which was great. Love the brown sauce and the vegetables as well. In fact, I may ask for more veggies next time; especially like the celery and green pepper. Egg roll great as always. Very friendly delivery man, so thanks for a great evening of fine dining!

Lucky Liu's has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in the city of Milwaukee since moving here seven years ago! Always great food at a very reasonable price.

Food took forever and delivery man didn?t even tell me when it arrived.

Actually, not as good as all previous orders. The shrimp chow mein was very good, my wife said, but my shrimp pea pods wasn't. The shrimp (and ironically I paid for 4 extra pieces!) was either overcooked or undercooked, but at any rate, it wasn't up to your usual high standard. But we'll be back--even the best of restaurants can have an off night once in a while.

This was our third time ordering, I believe, and the quality was excellent--the pepper steak and the beef with pea pods. We have recommended your place to other folks in our building who have also enjoyed your fare. It's great that such a quality establishment is so close to our building (St. Rita Square); you'll be hearing from us on a regular basis.

This order was better than the last: My wife loved the moo goo gai pan, and I loved the shrimp with pea pods and the pork chop suey. Wait time was way longer than are first delivery order (you were swamped and/or understaffed), but luckily it was worth the wait. We're only two blocks away, you have an extensive menu, so we may well become regulars.

I really like lucky Louis food normally but the last few times I have ordered the food has been a bit bland, and its not what I remember it being even a few months ago.

Food was ok but the delivery driver refused to bring my order to my apartment. All I wanted was for it to be left by my front door but instead I had to get dressed and go down 5 stories to my front lobby to get the food. If I?m paying for delivery and tipping (over 20% I might add) I expect it to be delivered TO ME. If I wanted to fetch my own food I would have went to pick it up at the restaurant.
