Chubby's Cheesesteaks - Miller Park Way

The order hasn?t been eaten I reached out to customer service!! I won?t deal with this restaurant nor eat street again

Didn?t take my order

Didn?t deliver my order and wasn?t going to tell me until I called.

Didn't get food, restaurant was not accepting orders

Estimated time was 50-60 min. We didnt get our food till 2 1/2 hours later. Called Chubbys 3x before anyone answered. Our food was ice cold. They acted like it wasn?t their fault but ours ? Awful customer service and food. Very disappointed

The food was good, but it took 2 hours from order to delivery after it was advertised as 45 minutes. The food arrived cold, and it felt like there was very little communication on why the delivery was taking so long.

Food was awesome

I honestly don?t know how the food was for this particular restaurant is because I was still half asleep when I placed the order for what I thought was delivery. Upon checking the status of the food hi realized it was actually for pick up. Since my car is down at the time, I had no transportation to pick it up and ultimately canceled my order.

Good tasting food with a variety on the menu.

Bad service from Chubby's, absolutely nothing that the delivery girl did. Chubby's was so late and they wouldn't answer the phone so I could cancel. She called saying how far behind they were and that she just got my food but I already ordered from Toppers. Like I said I tried to cancel my order but they didn't answer. The driver was really nice about it. Chubby's said it would be by 1:10 and she only got my food at 2:20. Tried calling the store multiple times to cancel but no answer.

Took longer than estimated

Our order was an hour and a half late from the estimated delivery time. The driver went to the wrong address. Our food was cold by the time it arrived. We called to speak to a manager about it and was told ?they are busy and will call you back?. No call came.

Closed

Spoiled sandwiches by slathering a crapload of ketchup an mustard on them. They wre supposed to be CHEESEsteak, you painted on the cheese. total ripoff. won,t be back

Food never arrived

I order "All Dark Meat" on the chicken and the order was mixed. It took forever so everything was luke warm

Chicken was over cooked and I didn?t get a lot of tater tots with cheese

The food was nasty I wish I could get my money back I spent too much money for my food to be tasting like crap

Food was fine, but the delivery time changed from 6:43P initially to almost 7:30before it was actually delivered. The driver was very nice and the food wass still hot, but Someone screwed up.

The wings were a little hard, did not eat all of them ??????????

Delivered fresh, hot and delicious. Great service, great food. We?ll be back!

World of Warcraft looking dude behind the counter seemed annoyed that he needed to take thirty seconds to complete my transaction as it took away from his ability to chat with a friend just hanging out there.

My cheese sticks were not warm anymore so I could not enjoy them . So I didn?t eat them ... waist of money !!! Those must be warm to at least enjoy the flavor and cheese stretching from them . Wings could have been fried just a little bit less drums had hard parts on them . Fries I forgot to say no salt . I rather have plain and seasoning packs put in bag . Lemonade I did enjoy

Got charged for sweet pickles got dill instead, and a&w rootbeer instead of what I paid more for sphrechers.

Great food but extremely slow delivery. Almost 2 hours from confirmed order to delivery in hand.
