Chubby's Cheesesteaks - Eastside

Only received one out of 4 shakes very disappointing

Fries were supposed to come with the nuggets. They did not.

The cheesesteak was ho hum. Nothing to write home about.

The food arrived quicker than anticipated! The cheesesteak was delicious and super cravable. I will definitely return!!

As always, the food is excellent! Needed to heat it up a bit, though.

Fries hot and tasty. Chicken a bit dry and overcooked, but great taste. No butter for the bread.

It was poorly prepared. Both sandwiches and the appetizer tasted like cold, stale 7/11 food. Not at all worth the price .

Took over 2 hours to receive my food delivery and it was cold. The deliver driver called and I had to go out to the vehicle to pick up the order. Overall, bad service.

Ordered pepper jack cheese curds. Came with regular cheese curds.

Food was good. 8 breaded mushrooms in a pack are overpriced. Disappointed none of the employees were masked despite the city mandate.

I am actually surprised at how great everything was! The driver was efficient. The food was still hot. I thought I was taking a risk getting a fish fry from a spot like this but it might just well be one of the best ones I've ever had. Recommend their cod! And of course the fried kit kats weren't too bad either.

We paid $2.00 for bacon on the sandwich and it showed up with no bacon.

I dont think it was the restraint itself but the delivery driver took so long the food was cold and then had the audacity to just leave it outside and just take off when I had spoken with her and said I would be onmw to receive the food.

If I could leave a zero I would. Both sandwhiches we ordered were dry and tasteless. My husband wanted a philly and it had two peppers as toppings. The meat was dry and chewy. The cheese on his sandwhich and my burger were burnt onto the buns it was tough to chew. We honestly didn?t eat either and ate cereal. It was SO bad. Even our sodas were wrong. It was a huge disappointment that in a world of takeout a place that has been doing takeout LONG before pandemic life could be so poor. Sad about our wasted money and that what used to be a favorite was so awful.

I would give zero stars if I could. They messed up my order pretty badly. I didn't receive half the things I ordered. Specifically asked for no peanuts on my sundae, instead I received peanuts on my sundae.

The driver left my food outside in the cold on the ground. Called me when he pulled off to tell me it was outside, I provide a note stating to call when you arrive because this Is a secured building and the door is always locked, we also have a lot of traffic in this building. Very unprofessional my food was cold.

I was charged for an order that I never recieved. I showed them my order number and they said that they never recieved the order and that this app isn't affiliated with them. I was charged $45.00 for food I didn't even get.

Overall: I love EatStreet?s services and I?m grateful for the refund they gave me. Chubby?s never confirmed my order, it arrived two hours late and I wasn?t given notice of delivery until 50 minutes after the food was delivered. The ice cream I ordered was melted and inedible. The food was wet because it was raining and it wasn?t in a plastic bag. I love Sil?s Donuts, but I wouldn't want to order from Chubby?s again.

The food and delivery were excellent but I was overcharged. Order stated $26.43 but my card was charged $31.72. Not very happy!
