Our food was excellent.

Missing items. Third time this has happened ordering online.

Good food with solid spice. Forgot part of order and dishes did not come with rice which was a bit odd

Order wasn't started until after I had arrived, which convinced with the confirmation time. They had to substitute items. And for the second time there were missing items from our order that we had already paid for. The food it's delicious, but carry out service needs some work.

Always so good. Generous portions of Chicken Tikka Masala and Rice. Garlic Naan is always on point. Make sure you seal the meal with a mango lassi as well. So so good!

Really delicious food, but painfully inaccurate time estimate for when food would be ready. Eatstreet page said, "Your Order is Ready" about 35 minutes before my order was actually ready. This is a common problem here.

Top notch Indian food

It was really good, good portions and delicious. Could be a bit spicier. I ordered the Malai Kofta.

Missing item. Challenge between Eatstreet and the restaurant about the refund. Eventually sorted out. Won't be using Eatstreet or Cafe India for take out again.

Best chicken I ever had!

Food was great! The containers weren't labeled, which makes it tricky if you order meat, vegetarian, and vegan in the same order. Otherwise, solid as usual!

I order from here a lot but a recent visit had me wait an hour from when my food was supposed to be ready. They were really busy and I know everyone is experiences issues due to COVID, but there was no recognition that this was an issue at all. No apology or explanation.

5 stars for the food but -10,000 for customer service. Cafe India has the most amazing Indian food in Bay View; however, the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The restaurant opened at 11:30 am (even though their website says it opens at 11:00 am). We placed our order online at 11:34 am. The estimated pick up time was 12:05-12:10 pm. Our food was not ready until 12:43 pm!!!!!!! How is this possible? They offered no explanation or compensation. I understand staff shortages but a 40 minute delay is completely unacceptable. I can?t imagine ordering from here anytime soon.

Excellent food as always. Arrived piping hot with an ice cold mango lassi. Highly recommend!

Honestly best Indian food I?ve ever had!

The server was a jerk when I went in to get my order. He was bad mouthing me to the manager in Hindi, too bad for him I understand Hindi.

Food was picked up on time. Had to be reheated. Rice had a strange flavor. Food overall average. Not my best order from them.

Our naan did not have any garlic and I had requested the food to be ready at 9pm and it was ready at 830pm which made it cold by the time we ate it.

I placed an order for Chicken Biryani, Chicken Samosa and Garlic Naan. I did not receive the garlic naan at all, and the samosas were vegetable, not chicken, Not a good experience at all

Did not get any food. Order was cancelled by Eat Street because the order did not go through.

Been eating or ordering from here since they opened and this is only the 2nd time the food was not up to their standards. Just underdeveloped flavor that improved somewhat when leftover. Disappointed.

The food was delicious, but the order took almost 2 hours. The time the restaurant gave Eat Street for prep time was almost an hour off. We waited in the restaurant for almost 45 minutes waiting for our pick up order that was marked as ready to pickup on the tracker. Not Eat Street?s fault in the slightest but they provided excellent customer service when they were notified of the issue.
