Delicious! Fast delivery.

They gave me the wrong burger but i was too far away by the time i realized and they also weren't very good.

Everything was great except the stuffed chicken. My husband said it was hard and tasted funny.

So delicious and great portions. You can tell the food is from scratch! Thank you!

Our order was perfectly prepared and arrived very quickly. It was still hot, just as if we had ordered it at the restaurant!!

No ranch for 3 orders of wings...very disappointed

My order arrived early & still warm. We had a couple special requests that were accommodated. Care was taken to keep items separated for transport, but easily put together once delivered. Food was delicious. Houlihan's makes the best potato soup in town!

Food was good. It was a take out order. I arrived at the hostess station and they said to go to the bar to pick it up. I stood in front of a bar tender for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. She was busy with a list of drinks ordered so I thought I would wait my turn but to not even acknowledge a customer standing looking at you is unprofessional. She finally asked someone else if they could help me which they did. May order was sitting right there the whole time. When I got back to my room I was missing silverware (checked as needed on the order app) and no ketchup (ordered in the special requests box) so I went back down and got them. So, food was ok, order was incorrect but easily fixed, but the whole carry out pickup system is broke. If you want someone to go to the bar to pick up their to go order have a place designated they go to so someone knows "Hey this person has a to go order their not just standing around waiting for a drink". If this wasn't attached to he hotel I was staying at I wouldn't go out of my way to patron this restaurant again.

I have had my better from houlihans in the past. Pretty disappointed for this is one of my favorite places

Food showed up 30 minutes late after i had to contact Eat Streets. Food was also cold. So I paid for fees for late clod food that was awful. This isn't the first time I've gotten food much later than told with food being cold. I see it more as a issue with Eat Streets hence I keep on thinking about dropping the app because why am i paying extra for cold late food.

We ordered two entrees salads without the dressing. The dressing makes the salad. It was a disappointing experience.

Where did the Driver leave the $80 order. Nobody knows because you can?t communicate with you Drivers. Simply stupid business model. Could be so much better.

The order was never fulfilled by the restaurant and my card was still charged for the food.

I ordered a chicken wrap but got a burger instead. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. The person who gave me my food seemed like he was having having a rough day.

Overall, the food was quality. However, upon arriving home I realized a key part of our order was not included, which was unfortunate.

My online order was missing a complete meal. Then the green beans were missing from another meal. The bartender attempted to help but the server was arguing even though I checked the bags in front of her. She insisted I was wrong even though I had the online receipt. Finally over 20 minutes later thr order was replaced. Still missing the side items. All thr meals were cold fue to the extended wait. Very disappointing after spending $150 on a takeout order that was meant to celebrate a new baby.

The food we got was great. They forgot our kc burger. EatStreet would not send out a redelivery and we didn?t feel like we should pay the fees twice. Horrible customer service.

The Fries were cold.

Fish tacos featured old, browning brown lettuce and no taste. Everything was edible but a bit of a disappointment, I expected better from a Houlihan's. Also, plan for limited parking as it is connected to a hotel and shares a parking lot.

Terrible. Food was fine, customer service is beyond terrible. Manager on duty was rude and unhelpful in solving a simple issue.

Food arrived almost an hour late and ice cold.

My food arrived 30-40 min late,. So soup was cold which also meant cheese in it was solid vs melted. I think food would have been good if delivered faster.

They didn't add silverware to my order, so I had a fun time trying to eat everything by hand since I was visiting from out of town and staying in a hotel and didn't have access to any. They also didn't read my request to add ranch and there wasn't any ketchup, so I got to enjoy dry fries.

Food was excellent - staff was unfriendly

They continually forget items in my orders.

Meal was late and cold upon delivery

Ordered the party pack appetizer, the spinach dip wasn?t included. We got just the chips and the rest of the appetizer. The food was good but disappointed the spinach dip was forgotten.

I ordered chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, garlic reen beans, panko fried cauliflower,and cake. The chicken was super thin and dry and not a lick of seasoning, cauliflower was okay, cake was nasty

The burger was not well done it had pink and I can eat my steaks with a little pink but not my burgers. The chips were stale.

Food was great

Food was ok. For some reason the grilled chicken wasn?t included in the salad but in a separate container. The French onion soup didn?t taste like it normally does. I guess it was because I ordered to go.

Houlihans food is fabulous! Eat street fees are not!

My meal was wonderful.

This was our first time using this method of ordering food to be delivered. We didn't realize that we wouldn't be able to give an extra tip to the delivery person because we thought that we would have seen them upon delivery. We did add tip when we placed the order, but was going to give more since the food was prepared quickly, and delivered in a timely manner. We didn't realize that the food would be placed at our door without us seeing the delivery person. Our order was perfect, and warm, and everything tasted great. We asked for some specific extra sauces, and the burger to be cooked to medium well, and all of that was correct. This was a great experience for us.

My order was only half filled. I order spinach dip and the container wasn?t even half full. I barely got any of the dip.
