White Hillside Special A three-layered white flour tortilla meal using "a little bit of everything." Layer one combines refried beans & cheese, layer two is made up of refried beans & picadillo ground beef, & the final later is smothered with our creamy guacamole. The meal is then topped off with lettuce, cheese, & tomato.
Corn Hillside Special Like the White Hillside Special, this smaller, three-layered meal uses corn tortillas instead.
Ranchero Special A three-layered corn tortilla meal. Layer one combines refried beans & cheese, layer two is rice, & the final layer is picadillo. The meal is then topped off with lettuce, cheese, & tomato.
2 Egg Ranchero Special This meal is made up of two corn tortillas topped with two eggs covered with chopped onion & tomatoes. Served with a portion of your choice of rice or beans.
Taco Salad Chips topped with chili, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, & chopped onions with your choice of sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
