They consistently get your order wrong

My food wasn't even delivered.

My order was wrong. They need to pay more attention to what they are sending out.

2/6 items from our order were delivered. We had to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up the rest of the order. I sent a message to EatStreet about the issue and received no response.

I received my food cold and had a ryde driver

My food was cold and tasted old. I won?t ever go through that again. I hope you guys can find a way to improve that.

It was really weird and I'm not sure what happened but I ordered 15 boneless 3 different flavors and I got 15 bone in

Made us sick

Our order was completely wrong and it was cold

Seemed like i was trolled with as many pickled peppers that were on the tots. It was at least 1/3 of the entire mass. Also everything was fairly cold. Its delivery though so i get that.

Absolutely terrible . They put the wrong sauce on my sandwich.

Terrible service. The ?large? portions are far too small, they got the order wrong and there were missing wings.

The fries were cold and stale. The wings weren?t exactly hot either.

The naked tenders were very soggy today, and they did not include the selected sauce for one of the two orders.

Buffalo wild wings is the only place on eatstreet that actually gets order correctly. Food is alway awesome. Order is always fulfilled.

Half of my order was wrong and the food was cold by the time I finally got it.

1/2 the wings were unseasoned, dry, and order was over 30 minutes late on a Tuesday night in a town if 50,000.

My order was wrong on several levels. The wings weren?t the right flavor or the right size. The ranch that I paid extra for was not delivered. Overall very poor.

I?ve ordered from here 3 times. 1st time it was excellent, 2nd time didn?t get fries with one order. 3rd didn?t even get half of what I ordered. It should say items were missing on survey.

Gave me the wrong type of wings when they had to call and change up my order in the first place

both of our sandwiches were completely the wrong thing and not what we ordered, we had to return the food ourselves to the restaurant and waited over 45 minutes for the order to be remade!

Soggy and cold

Good arrived cold and inedible. It had been over an hour since the order was picked up, so we had to throw the food away. Disgusted.

The food was stuffed into a bag in a messy pile, the all American was leaking grease all over the place and falling apart and either the driver or the restaurant forgot the potato wedges I've ordered.

Food was fine, but cold but fine.

mehh...food was kinda cold. Hard to say if it was from the 30 min delivery time or if it was cold before that.

We received the wrong tacos but was refunded right away. Thank you- everything was still very good!

It was good except there was waaaay to much Pico and jalape?os on them. There was not enough cheese on the nachos. They were mostly Pico and Jalape?os.

The Asian Zing was delicious, my spicy garlic on the other hand looked like it was done for over an hour and was disgusting. I ate one and half then threw it out.

They delivered to the wrong house and I had to hunt for my food

Missing part if the order

From bww, food was dry, especially the wings. If food is to be delivered, at least think ahead and put more sauce on. Nachos changed, which surprised me. And the marinara sauce was missing.

They do not directly state that on Thursdays you cannot receive the bogo offer on third party sites.

Delivered sooner than ETA! ??

They gave me at least 5 extra wings for free :)
