Yume Restaurant

The food came 1.5 hours late, it was cold, and the delivery person was a little challenging to work with. The overall meal cost me close to $40 dollars and was lower quality than I could have gotten from a premade frozen dinner.

The specialty rolls are to die for. Absolutely packed with fish, with low rice and veggies ? super filling and delicious. The chef?s choice 9 piece with a bowl of their miso is also guaranteed a good time.

I LOVE yume, but I was super annoyed when I arrived and my food was not even ready. The woman taking the orders accidentally skipped over mine so I had to wait in the restaurant while they prepared my food. I know it was an honest mistake, but I was hungover and hungry. I also asked if I could have an extra spicy mayo (as I thought that it was the least they could do after having to fulfill my order while I was there) but the worker said ?do you really need another one. Queen I was just asking because I love the spicy mayo and she made a mistake.

the pickup service was disgustingly horrible. i was told that my food wasnt ready and was waitinf for 15 minutes to be handed food that was sitting out since before i arrived. i was so disappointed by the service

Our order was 45 min late on an estimated 30 minute order and the ready for pickup was confirmed 25 minutes before the food was actually ready. The bag wasn?t packed carefully and sauce spilled on everything. The food itself was 2 stars. The steak and carrots were over cooked, but the sushi was decent. Wouldn?t order again.

Always delicious and fresh tasting sushi. Best I've had in madison since moving back from Japan.

When trying new places, especially sushi restaurants, it is a roll of the dice whether it will be amazing or mediocre, but the food we received from Yume was nearly inedible. Since we had never tried Yume, we decided to get a combo that included a roll, sashimi, some miso soup, and sushi. That way we could get a feel for all their offerings of things we typically order. We will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend it to anyone. The quality of the fish was horrible, definitely not worth the price we paid for this. We could have picked up takeout from a higher quality restaurant for half the price. Incredibly disappointed!

They messed up the order and ruined an important night. Your team made it right, but would never order or eat from Yume again. I?ll tell anyone that listens to me the same.
