Toppers Pizza: Madison Downtown

Delivery was super fast! That said, the chicken nuggets weren't hot and didn't taste that great. Ditto for the mac and cheese! Portion was too small, too.

This was way overpriced for tiny portions. Wasn?t that warm.

Good except they put blue cheese dressing with the cinnamon sticks instead of frosting, yuck

I had been told my order was canceled and I was refunded- not thinking I would receive the pizza I was out of my apartment for some time and came back and it had just been sitting out there for hours on the ground. So I didn't eat it

My boyfriends in the hospital and wanting to eat real food? Pizza was cold and same with the breadsticks.. it looks like it?s been sitting at the pizza place for a long time.

Driver did not let us know the food was here. Left downstairs at the main entrance on the floor. Food was cold!!

Taste was fine but not great. Large pizza was $21 for what turned it to be the same size as a medium at other places. Overall was not with the $50 I paid for the order.

If I could leave any start it would be half a star. The only thing that was done well was not screwing up my sprite. The pizza was literally cardboard. When paying for a toppers pizza ($20 + order) you would expect quality and dignity- what I got was a lack of respect for what I should have received. I hat I got was a frozen pizza marketed as toppers standards. Ridiculous: killed my entire night.

Waited nearly two hours for them to CONFIRM they were making my order. Not making and delivering. Confirming it. Ended up canceling my order because by then my lunch break ended.

the mac and cheese sucked!!! so bad literally threw it away because none of my poor roommates wanted it either!!!!

No root beer. Paid for root beer.

I realize it was Friday evening but we chose Toppers as they said their delivery time would be 30-40 min. It was not; it was nearly and hour. The pizza was dried out and cold upon arrival. Will probably not order from them again.

Love the new vegan pizza! Repeat order coming right up.

I wish they would read the order a little more carefully. We spent $1.75 extra to have green olives added to a pizza...they never made it on.

Delivery was over an hour late From original delivery quote, wrong sauces and sticks had a weird sauce on them.

After I received an automated text saying

I ordered two nights in a row the first night June 26th I was given the wrong topper sticks I ordered pepperoni I got original and there was hardly any cheese on my cheese sticks. The next night June 27th I ordered they forgot my drink and there was still not enough cheese so annoying I work third shift so food is limited at night and places close so getting my order correct is very important.
