The food was really good and it was well packed.
Driver went above and beyond to deliver in poor weather.
Delicious! We tried the miso (spicy crab + pork) + the tonkotsu (pork belly). Both were flavorable and great portions.
delicious as always. strings always knocks it out of the park!
Excellent food!
High price in eat street compared to the actual restaurant
The best ramen in Madison
Strings ramen was open for delivery on NYE when the weather was terrible. It was delivered hot and I really appreciate their effort. I think the noodles could have been cooked a bit more and that is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Also I wish the order had tracking so I could be ready to pick it up easier. The order was about 25 minutes later than the window time - but again the weather was terrible so I would give them the benefit of the doubt on that one.
Food is great but my delivery came an hour after expected. Staff were unable to contact their own driver and were super unhelpful. Sad to have such a bad experience at this great restaurant
Always tasty and fresh, driver on time
I was really disappointed with this meal, especially considering the price. I found the broth very boring and overpowered by the spicey oil. I found the noodles dry. It was ok.
Wrote in the instructions and LEFT A NOTE ON OUR DOOR to not knock or ring our bell since we have a baby who was sleeping. The delivery guy rang the bell twice and then knocked in the span of 30 seconds. Definitely not worth the over priced $50 ramen for 2 that night. Hard to eat ramen when you?re trying to get your baby to get to sleep a second time. So regret ordering from them.
I guess they've cut back on ingredients sice the pandemic hit. It had broth and noodles, but no soft boiled egg, no fish cake, no nori, and hardly any vegetables. This was my favorite ramen place to go, but not anymore. The ramen wasn't ramen, it's just pork noodle soup.
Spicy crab was awesome
Fresh food and on time delivery
This ramen is the best in town, hands down!
Delicious and fast!! I'll be back
The turkey was not very good:/
