Good food! Just always arrives cold.

I finally got a order to go through, very limited restaurants. Once order went threw, the app only gave me 1 notification about tracking my order. The ETA stated 20-30 minutes which lasted 40 plus minutes, then I received that Sonic employee would delivering my order. I dont know who delivered my order a Eatstreet driver or a Sonic employee who earn my tip? I have learn to order from the Eatstreet app before 6pm after that time the service SUCKS....

Delivery not on time Forgot one of the sandwiches I ordered

It was cold when it arrived and it too 2 hours to get here. I had to contact eatstreet support twice to inquire where my food was.

I had to physically go pick up my order because nobody grabbed the food but the app said it was on the way. Food itself was great but the delivery service was not.

He never arrived

Had to cancel order, no Eatstreet driver picked up order due to sonic not informing that order was ready for pickup. This is the reason given from Eatstreet support to me. Just tired that orders are messed up by either party and no one takes blame. Customer suffers.

The order was wrong and the wouldn't work with us to fix it.

I order from Eatstreet often, and overall, I like Eatstreet. Whenever I get Sonic food via Eatstreet, there is something wrong with the order. I ordered a cheeseburger and added and paid for bacon two different times that came without bacon on each of those orders.

Food was cold

Delivery time was over an hour. I called the restaurant and they said they already gave my order to the driver. Contacted help support and they said they would find out what happened and then let me know. Never heard anything back

Ordered at 11:20 and it never arrived even though Sonic closes at 12. Very poor service on both parts.

Second time getting food from here and it was messed up and stuff was forgotten!

They always forget something, my root beer this last time

I am still waiting for a refund for food I didn't receive.

I typically have good experience with Sonic, but the last two times I have ordered, my order has been wrong. I always order a strawberry limeade with mango. They don't have mango as a menu option on Eat Street, so I get a Strawberry limeade with lemon berry. The first night, they gave me a slush (not even what so ordered), the second night they gave me meatLESS burritos. I ordered 2 sausage Sonic Burritos and they came with no sausage AT ALL and about an entire pound of raw onion.

It was cold but other than that it was good.

Sonic employee was very rude told me my order wasn?t her problem . Will never order from them again !!

The onion rings were cold the drinks were warm the whole order was very late

Great price (no delivery fee!) and selection; unfortunately, my order arrived half an hour late.

Food arrived late and cold! Second time ordering and the same thing happened the time was pushed back from the first original time posted!

the orger was put in at 248 pm it was nearly 7pm when I heard from them

Forgot nerds candy and mustard

A small shake was not delivered, and it was on the order.

Sonic failed to confirm/fill and call for delivery of my order and I wasn?t notified until I called 5 minutes after scheduled delivery!

This is my second (and guaranteed last) bad experience with Sonic -Sun Prairie via Eat Street. I waited more than 30 minutes before my order was confirmed, which only happened after I contacted help via chat (due to my previous experience). When I received my order, I got wrong and missing items. Expensive items. I called the restaurant, they (kindly) asked me to contact Eat Street who could expedite the ?fix?. I again contacted Eat Street via chat, and they sent for my items to be made and delivered. They also removed those specific charges, and I received a coupon for my next Eat Street order. I received the items not too long after from a new driver. Although Sonic tried to repair the damage, I?m not doing it again, and I don?t recommend you do, either. If you really need it, go in person.

It showed up an hour late.

The fooday was ok, it showed up super late and i got the wrong order,

There wasn't very much steak in the philly cheese steak and too much bread. Everything else in my order was ok shake was a little melted
