The food was great, the delivery was terrible. Despite very clear directions, the driver couldn't find me and we didnt speak the same language to give directions

Ordered toasted Honey mustard chicken sandwich with no onions and no lettuce. I received a untoasted honey mustard chicken sandwich with tons of lettuce and onions

Sandwich was inedible! Soggy wet mess with veggies hanging out of it and... it smelled really bad. I couldn?t bring myself to eat it. Eat street wouldn?t refund it either.

Did a great job delivered it quickly

The subs were delivered fast and still warm and fresh.

STONE COLD DELIVERED 45 MINS AFTER IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP AT THE RESTAURANT (CONFIRMED W RESTAURANT WHEN IT WAS AVAIL FOR PICK UP)

For openers, when the delivery person arrived, instead of buzzing #302 @ the front door they phoned me expecting me to come down and pick up the food. I'm 74 years old and was in my pajamas so I reiterated "come to the middle of the building to the front door and buzz #302 and I'll let you in and then YOU come up to my apt. door", which is how it works. When I opened my sandwich, of which I had specified "no lettuce, add black olives please", instead I had no black olives, but I DID have lettuce as well as onion. The sandwich I had ordered did not even have onion listed as an ingredient, which is when I realized that they had either made and/or delivered the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a club sandwich, which included bacon and mayo as a dressing. I got no bacon, no mayo (instead chipotle mayo). I scraped off the lettuce and the onion (while no onion is a personal preference, not eating lettuce has to do with the medication I take!). I was far too hungry to wait another 45-60 mnutes to eat. All in a I would call it an Eat Street nightmare!

The sandwich was as ordered, but just ok. Thevtater tots were beyond soggy. I wouldn't order it again.

They didn?t make the sandwiches. They put the meat and veggies in a bowl and they didn?t even give me the bread for the sandwiches.
