Food was cold because it took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive from the time of the order 2nd time we?ve had this problem with delivery

The quesadillas were horrible! I think they dumped 2 entire cans of black beans on them.

The restaurant gave the delivery person a regular Coke when I specifically requested a Diet Coke or nothing. The salad was not good - all limp lettuce, no crunchy types. The delivery person walked right past my front door (where there are lights) and delivered the bag to a side door (where it is dark). I couldn?t find the food initially

Food arrived fast, warm and Pasqual?s did follow up calls to make sure we received our order (we did more than one order that day for a party)

the shredded beef in the enchiladas was very dry, but the churros with dark chocolate dipping sauce were quite good

Horrible. No one from eat street showed up. Our food sat there for hours. We got it and it was freezing cold.

The slow cooked chicken is fantastic! I think it is your best product! Delivery was well within the expected time period. The Eat Street person was very friendly.

When we request and pay for the ordered food, the restaurant should include everything ordered. It frustrating to start eating and realize that things are missing. This has happened more than twice at this place. Note: The burrito was so greasy and dripping of meat fat that it just ended up being a pile of wet mush. This has never happened before in all the times we have ordered from them

It took 70 minutes from the time it said it was out for delivery until it was delivered.. I live ten minutes from the restaurant. Of course, my food was very very old and did not survive that length of time in the car. It went right in the garbage. I paid for food along with a generous tip for nothing in return. I will never order from eat street again. You cannot expect to run a food delivery service that has your food for 70minutes. Totally unacceptable to think this is a service worth paying for.

Food is always great and had exceptional food tonight, only critique is the cheese enchiladas. May have been over cooked or something, but it was like eating an empty shell.

There was a piece of metal in our food. Looked like the broken off piece of (maybe a) fryer basket or something. it was cylindrical, about 1.5 inches long and .1 inches diameter, dark metal, curved at one end, appeared to have been sheared on both sides. I wasn't hurt, but we stopped eating after we found that. Might want to let the restaurant know - I'm sure that whatever was falling apart into the food has not stopped with just the piece that wound up in ours. Someone might get hurt.

The food was ready on time, and they called to check on a dietary need. It was delicious, hot, and prepared correctly.

Food was labeled, tasted good. Packaging wasn't perfect- some leaks

poorly put together and meat was below their standard quality.

It was ok!

Food was cold and soggy
