The food , that was delivered, was fantastic.

They sent the wrong item, the Caesar salad was swimming in too much dressing

Food was cold, it was placed sideways in a small bag so all my food shifted to the side, and I ordered a snickers milkshake to go with it and I received strawberry which I hate and it was all melted.

Food was not as ordered; cold and soggy. We had to go pick up; thought it was being delivered.

My burger and fries were great

Order was wrong. Chips instead of fries and nothing on the burger that was in the description on the menu. It did arrive fast, though.

The food was good. Messed up the order but was very nice and easy with a fix.

I didn't get notified that the order had been delivered, so it was cold by the time I picked it up form between the foyer doors. The onion rings were stone cold.

My cheese curds were cold.

We ordered the hummus plate. The plate arrived with NO hummus, just a platter of veggies. We paid extra for gritty and ranch sauce but none of those came either with the order. Contacted Eat Street. They offered me a $3.00 coupon that can be used if I spend more than $10 and it expires in 45 days.

The hamburger tasted fine, but then 4 hour later I because gravely sick to my stomach

Everything was ice cold and the order was 40 minutes late. None of our special requests were honored. Requested vegetabkes and burger sauce on the side so burger wouldn't be cold. Lettuce and tomato was on the burger and sauce wasn't on the side as requested. Very disappointed. Will never order from there again. Everything had to be reheated and am guessing the order was left to sit for at least an hour till a delivery driver was found. Also burgers were beyond Well done and one was requested medium and the other medium well. After reheating, the burgers were like hockey pucks

An order of two simple burgers was messed up every way you can imagine, and the flavor was bland. This happens every time so we are no longer interested in patronizing this establishment.

The chicken bacon ranch wrap was just delicious, as was the cheese curds, I still have half of the sandwich left to eat tonight.

The food we received was good. We were missing a substantial portion of our burgers and fries and unfortunately were only able to enjoy burgers

Usually the food here is great and arrives warm. This time, my sandwich was made incorrectly (wrong bread, vegan cheese..what??) and nearly dry/hard chicken only partially sauced. Was very disappointing for the price.

Service was slow because Restaurant was under staffed. The driver was great about communication

Forgot side of ranch.

I specifically said I had an allergy to tomatoes and I put it in ALL CAPS!!! But when I got the sandwich it had tomatoes in it. I had to scrape them out by hand.

Ordered burger well done and it was medium. I couldn?t even eat it because of how undercooked it was for my preference.

Food was delivered on time. I?ve had previous bad experience - food delivered to wrong address, but this order was perfect.

I forgot to note that I had a tomato allergy, but I was able to pick out the tomatoes in the sandwich. So it was fine.

Selecting is confusing. Ordered cheeseburger for fussy teen. I put in text that it should be only bun, meat, cheese, and pickles, no tomato, lettuce, or sauces. They did the opposite. That burger was not enjoyed, but the other food was very good, esp the Reuben.

Food delivery is always brought to my apartment door but this order was just dropped inside the foyer.

I forgot to put in that I had a tomato allergy, so I had to pick them out of the Chicken Ranch Wrap sandwich. Where is the best place to put that information? Otherwise, everything esp, the sandwich tasted great!

Waffle fries were missing from the order and no one was answering the phone. Always had great service in the past, but epic fail this time.

It arrived cold. I don?t know where the driver went, but the delivery time stayed at 25 minutes for about 45 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. I know that Nitty Griity is about 15 minutes from my house. You driver was either making multiple deliveries, or made a stop on or two on the way. 30 bucks fro a cold burger, soggy onion rings, and cold cheese curds.

Consistently get the wrong burger.

I didn?t receive my food. I don?t think this was a Nitty Gritty problem, though, I think it was an EatStreet driver problem.

Food arrived cold which was not the restaurant's fault

Not great. Both burgers were over cooked. The cheese on one burger was all stuck to the aluminum foil so there was none left for the burger.

The food took over an hour to get here, and was late even after an ETA change
