The food had a long delivery time and it didn't enhance either dish. Reheated okay but didn't wow.

We ordered dinner from New Seoul through EatStreet and were notified a few minutes later than our order had been cancelled. EatStreet told us that they couldn?t get in touch with New Seoul to confirm our order, so they cancelled it.

Food arrived hot! The tofu soup is one of the best things I have ever eaten. And the deep fried dumplings were so flavorful we didn't use the dipping sauce! We will be ordering from them again soon!

THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT I don?t know where the fault lies, so I?ll just recount the experience. I ordered right when the restaurant opened at 5:00 for 6:00 delivery. Then my estimated arrival times kept being delayed. First ETA was updated to 6:40, but the estimated arrival times kept getting larger. I got a delivery at 6:00, but it wasn?t mine. I reported it through the app and got a refund. Then at 7:10 my real order arrived. I had eaten already, so I had it for breakfast the next day, and the food was excellent, with generous portions?there is enough left over for another meal.

What great food! The bulgogi was so tender, the kimbop perfectly wrapped (and they honored my request to cut it thinner for a child), and the dumplings had us fighting over the last one. New Seoul is going into our rotation for sure!

I ordered food but it's been canceled it. it took time to notice until last minute i can order food, simply it's bummer! Eatstreet should have better notification for the process. Many people are working from home and lunch time window is limited.

It's a priceless to have Korean restaurant in west side. I wish there are more menu for lunch.

I ordered Bibimbop, they separated all ingredient and rice. So rice didn't get soggy. I love that owner pay attention to detail and quality of food. Thank you

The way they prepare the food creates aromas that always reminds me of being in Chuncheon!

I really liked the generous amount of vegetables in the sweet and sour chicken. Everything that was fried was a little... scrawny? But the flavors were good. The bulgogi was not quite what I've had before. A good amount of meat but it was in big slabs, hard to eat. I'm not sure which is more authentic?

SO good. Loved the jambong.
