Delicious food!

Loved every bite!!!

The food was delicious, but not hot altho nearby.

Grat food, but condiments requested were not included.

Half the order missing and driver incapable of following clear delivery instructions including to hand the order to me since it?s freezing outside and orders tend to ? disappear? in my neighborhood. Luckily I was able to find the order (freezing cold) by the wrong building.

Although our order arrived on time, it was incorrect. These mistakes happen but the meal that arrived instead was inedible (it was full of blue cheese and the recipient is lactose intolerant and hates blue cheese). That meant our "time saving" measure to have food delivered actually ended up costing us more time and we couldn't eat as a group, as intended. Disappointing.

My food was cold. I don?t think I will use EatStreet again.

It was not stated on their menu that the nachos have ground beef on them. I was very dissapointed to receive them as a vegetarian.

Outstanding. I left home at 4:00 am. Had to make a couple of close connecting flights to get to Madison. At 3:00 pm I ordered a Swiss and Mushroom cheeseburger. In 30 minutes the best cheeseburger ever was delivered to my hotel. Seriously, it was delicious. Cooked as ordered and a ton of pickles.

I can always count on Monk's for great food and EatStreet for great deliveries! A pink burger arrives pink. A 35 minute delivery takes 35 minutes.

Overall, food was great. However, the menu did not mention that the nachos had meat and I don?t eat meat.

The food is tasty. But I ordered a burger (no pink). My burger arrived medium rare. So almost all pink. Only ate the edges.

Burger was very dry.

My wife and I have been regular customers of Monk's Middleton since it opened. This meal was very disappointing. The food obviously sat around after preparation for quite a while. For the prices you charge now, it will probably be the last time we order this way.

Cold and everything had absorbed the moisture so it wasn?t very good.

My chicken sandwich did not have a lot of flavor. My husband ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and instead receive a wrap with a sweet sauce. He was very disappointed.

A simple mistake was made. I asked for cheddar cheese instead of Blue cheese on my cobb salad and ended up getting both on my salad. No big deal considering it's the only mistake I have received from Monks and I have been eating there for years.

The burger was so flavorful and well assembled and the fries were still warm. The Tater Tot Bacon Mac'N Cheese was huge and exquisite! All the normal condiments and flatware/napkins were supplied. I've been craving a high quality pub burger and Eat Street & Monk's teamed-up and my hopes. Thank you!

DELICIOUS burger (gouda) and ALL the chips were fresh and crispy. Love their ranch . Food was 10/10!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoyable dinner

I grew up 30 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, and have been enjoying Monk?s food since the late 80?s.

Food picked up at 12:12. Didnt arrive till 12:50. Monks is 1.2 miles from my house. All food was cold

We were less than a half mile at hotel, took a little over an hour. Food was literally cold and had to eat in microwave. Got cottage cheese as a side but no flatware. No napkins! Terrible

The driver was extremely late. Food was cold.

Always great food. It was nice to see the progression of my order online and know when it went out for delivery as well.

I don't think my poor experience was Monk's fault. According to the timeline that eatstreet provided, Monk's sent out our food in about 15 min. Food would have been good if the food would have arrived in a normal amount of time. The driver took an hour and 15 minutes to drive what is normally not quite a half hour drive.

Fries arrived lukewarm/cold but the burger was good!

Chicken wings were good; but cold. Buffalo chicken wrap was barely warm, wrap was more sweet than spicy - could not finish it all. Chips tasted cold and stale.

The large order of fried pickles was definitely large, but perfect since it was being shared.
