25. Moak Pa Infused with fresh, aromatic herbs tender catfish mixed with ground pork, galanga, dill, lemon grass, chilies, wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. Served with steamed vegetables with hot dipping sauce on the side and sticky rice.
26. Thum Som (Papaya Salad) Gluten Free. Fresh garlic, chilies, shrimp paste, tamarind, lime, cherry tomatoes, Thai eggplant, fish sauce and unripe papaya pounded in a mortar. Add deep fried house seasoned chicken (contains gluten), shrimp, or tofu (for an additional cost). Served with sticky rice.
28. Grilled Laotian Spicy Sausage (3) Chilies, dill, cilantro, lemon grass, ground pork in a natural casing. Served with steamed vegetables with sweet chili dipping sauce on the side and sticky rice.
