The amount of tenders might not appear bountiful, but the breading and rub are such quality the each bite is tasty and I don't just reach for the next bite thinking I need to dip it.

Cluck is usually very good, but our most recent order had.... must have been a new person on the fryer? The chicken was dry and almost burnt. I'd still recommend this restaurant, especially the bao sandwiches.

Chicken was very over cooked, which made it hard to eat. The sauces and seasonings (especially the hot pickles) were great though!

Surprisingly bad. I have been trying every chicken sandwhich in madison, and this is on the lower end. Even chains like Chick fil a and popeyes are significantly better, and I would expect a place that specializes in chicken like Cluck to be at least comparable. Interesting flavors which I had a lot of high hopes for. Roommate and I had a couple different sandwhiches as well as the tenders and did not enjoy any of them.

One of the better Chicken Sandwiches I've had in a while. I got the Ghost Pepper Sandwich with the waffle fries. Hit the spot and I can't wait to get it again.

I Loved it! Your chicken burger is excellent. I was in search of a good chicken burger since I got here and you got my attention. I loved the fries too. Please include sweet potato fries too in the menu.

As an overall fried chicken sandwich, they are great! However, there was not much heat to speak of with either the Nashville Hot or Ghost Pepper sandwiches. Both of which I would have expected to register on at least the medium spicy scale - but did not. But the chicken itself was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and a large portion size

Food arrived 30 minutes after being labeled as out for delivery. Milkshake was warm, sandwiches were cold, and fries were extremely soggy.

The food (Nashville Hot, Hot Honey, waffle fries, and pub chips) tasted incredible. The food was ready 20 minutes before we were scheduled to pick it up, which is frustrating since we were driving from far away, but it WAS still piping hot. We did wish there was an option to NOT get a side, when you're required to pay for all the sides. But the food was delicious and we're really hoping the Sun Prairie location opens a Cluck location sooner rather than later!!

I got 3 different chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. Flavors were good, but chicken was over breaded, over cooked, tough, chewy, and stringy. Chicken tenders were what you would expect at any fast casual restaurant. Hate to say it, but for a chicken sandwich, you?re better off going with Culver?s, Chick fil A, Popeyes, Wendy?s, etc.

My order got to me quickly, but one of the boxes was open in the bag, which is concerning enough and even more so during a pandemic. I know it probably just got fumbled around and opened on its own, but more care could have been taken to deliver my items. I was very excited to order a slice of pie from Hubbard but was extremely disappointed when it came to me frozen. I knew it wasn't fresh and I also had to nuke it in the microwave, which made the texture change. Wings and cheese curds were good, but nothing spectacular.

The delivery estimate was about 35 minutes but it took more than 90! It arrived lukewarm and limp. We were so excited to try it but the execution on the order was severely lacking.

Tried four different chicken sandwiches and they were all very good - hot chicken, hot honey, green curry, and bao. YUM!

Very good, but hard to eat. The chicken breast had a ton of breading and tasted exactly the same (or similar enough not to be able to tell the difference) with or without the (sublime) bacon. There is only so much a pallet can take in. There was also no trace of the bourbon and maple with which the chicken was supposed to have been rubbed. I also ordered the bourbon peaches and cream. This was excellent, but given how rich it is I think it should be a bit smaller. Even with eating it slowly over a matter of hours it was so rich I felt sick after finishing it. Not a good feeling. Overall, very good, but I probably won?t order from them again u til they?ve had a chance to work out some of the kinks with the dishes.

Cluck was incredible! I could not find any faults with my food or the delivery! I ordered the Thai Green Curry Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty spot on. Crispy, fried chicken sandwich, a solid balance of flavors, with the curry and fresh vegetables on the slaw, all on a deliciously soft brioche bun. I got a side of chips and they were crispy, with a light, flavorful seasoning. I'll definitely be trying more Cluck sandwiches!
