Food was ice cold when it arrived Order was wrong

My food wasn?t delivered until 2 hours after I ordered and they forgot half my order.

Food was fine. Did not deliver ordered and paid for beverage.

Didn?t get the right wings. I asked for boneless and I got bone in.

Lots of items were missing.

I ordered boneless wings but received bone-in wings that were cold and rubbery.

Food was cold when it arrived appropriately 1.5 hours after it was ordered.

The boneless chicken wings were overcooked and cold when delivered!!!!Fries were horrible, and our sauces were all mixed up!! I will never order from BW3 again!!!! And very pricey too!!

Food was cold by the time it arrived, so I don't know if I can blame BWW, most likely it was eatstreet at fault.

Cold food, drink missing.

The potato wedges were pretty dark as if they were left in the fry basket too long and they did not have any chicken tenders available.

Very yummy! Hit the spot when I was craving boneless wings.

Messed up our order again. Got the right quantity of wings just wrong flavors. And the food was luke warm by the time we got it. So the wings and fries were soggy.

There was no Buffalo sauce on my Buffalo Mac and cheese ~ the delivery driver was refusing to give our food to my boyfriend who was standing in the doorway ~ half inside- of our apartment. My side of ranch had sweet chili sauce smeared on the outside lid. I will think twice about ordering again.

Eat street delivered only part of our order. Filled out refund request. Still waiting to hear back.

Was supposed to be BOGO

BWW issue, not East Street I seem to get less and less food with each order. The quality seems to have decreased as well. Not worth the money. Also, the traditional wings had wrong sauce on it.

There was a lot missing from our order. We got the dressing but not the side salad and we had two kids meals that were missing the milk drink and fries.

Everything was as hot and fresh as had we dined in. Very impressed!

The wings were not cooked enough. They were slimy and fatty and not crispy at all.

Delivery was good - received within the allotted time frame. I, however, was missing items from my order. I did not receive my side order of tots with my wrap (for which I paid extra). Missing items.

Would have been better had my order been correct.

took way too long to get it

First order undercooked rubbery fat nasty. Did chat with Eatstreet, completely useless. Called the restaurant, manager told me to order again, and he'd call EatStreet and get them to credit my order. Placed second order, waited again, and they were just ok. Today, looked at my bank account, and was charged for both orders. You can imagine how thrilled I am about that.

Forgot extra sauces.

One of the orders was incorrect and wings weren?t very warm.

My food was cold and took waaaayyyy to long to get to me. Way longer than the specified time.

Store shorted me on my order. If someone orders a medium wings that does not mean give them one more than a small. Also the sauce was quite light on half of the order.

Food was fine, driver was rude.

Not good for delivery

The delivery time was pushed back 30 minutes from the original estimate, which is pretty bad considering I'm a 5-10 minute drive from the restaurant. That's not a huge issue, stuff comes up, whatever. The bigger problem was the food itself. Although the order was entered correctly on the receipt, my mild wings were instead an extremely spicy sauce. The other two flavors were correct but the dry rub was just dumped all over, way too much and not dispersed evenly. I have gotten the wings before so I know that's not how they're usually prepared.

The food was as excepted but took 2 hours to arrive, after originally being told it would take an hour. When the food did arrive, we needed to warm it up. I?m not sure if this was Buffalo Wild Wing?s or EatStreet?s fault, but customers shouldn?t need to warm up their own food after spending $100 on it in the first place.

I have ordered this many times in the restaurant and it was delicious. This time it was not. There was supposed to be bacon on the salad and there wasn't any. Also, there was barely any cheese (compared to what I've received in the restaurant.

Food was great! Just the over an hour wait wasn't.
