Late and cold

My order never arrived?Eat Street sucks

Probably the worst experience I?ve ever had for me straight besides the other ones my food was literally an hour and a half late and on top of that when I got my food, it was cold. The quality was pretty crappy too, but other than that, it was great.

My onion rings were missing and my burger had mustard and mayo on it after I asked for it to not be on it. I spoke with BWW and they told me to contact EatStreet. I spoke with EatStreet and they said it?s BWW fault. I?m done with both and I intend on making it known on social media.

Delivery person was outstanding

The nachos were meh. Too many chips, not enough toppings.

EatStreet app was glitch. It took a long time (30-40 minutes) to receive food. Food had been sitting for a while.

Food was ice cold and order wasn?t complete

The restaurant claimed to have never received my order and the driver let me know that they couldn't deliver to me.

Food barely north of cold. Order time to moment of delivery was one hour forty mins - estimate had said 55 mins max.

It was excellent everything was still extremely hot and the ETA was right on point, I will suggest family and friends eat at Buffalo wild wings.

This is a poor rating for EAT STREET AND NOT BW3's. Here's what will drive me to the brink of not using EatStreet again: - We put in our order - It sat at "Buffalo Wild Wings is preparing tasty food" or whatever for over an hourin EatStreet's app, but the app always said "20-30 minutes". After an hour, I filed a complaint with EatStreet. "Elizabeth" at EatStreet asked me for my order number (I would think she could get it herself...EatStreet should figure that out). I respond promptly with the order number. 15 minutes go by and nothing from "Elizabeth". I use quotes because I'm not sure "she" is a real person. I grow tired of waiting for "her" and call BW3's. They tell me the food has been ready for an hour or so and an EatStreet driver hasn't been assigned. This is where my main problem comes in: I'm tracking on the EatStreet app and it says "BW3's is preparing your tasty food" for all this time. That's a lie. BW3's was ready - EatStreet didn't have a driver ready. If I didn't call the restaurant, I would have assumed BW3's was behind and taking way too long, not meeting their timeframe goal. EatStreet dropped the ball real real bad on this one, but their app is set up to make it seem like the restaurant is taking too long to prepare the food. Bad form EatStreet; bad form. BW3's remade our food. Kudos to them. They didn't have to, they were not the glaring incompetence in this whole transaction. EatStreet: take responsibility for one of the following: - lack of drivers - incompetent drivers BW3's was not "preparing my tasty food" for 70 minutes.. Thankfully - and this is the only reason I MAY return to EatStreet - EatStreet refunded my order total. On top of that they gave a coupon. Bottom line: EatStreet: change your app to take responsibility. This was EatStreet's failure. Put something in there about "waiting for a driver" so people don't think the restaurant is at fault.

Terrible experience. 40 minutes late and one meal was burned to a crisp and was inedible. Will never order from Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Had 3 things wrong with order. Was not happy, will not order again from BWW Fitchburg.

For the second time in a row you have forgotten the extra sauce I ordered so net loss to me 3.60

Food delivered very cold, although the application notified that waiting time is 75 Min. I was okay if after that I receive my food hot and fresh.

poor food, worse than even before the pandemic. everything was overcooked and sodden with grease. The only reason it got 2 stars, is because it arrived here fast... yet some how arrived ice cold.

The brisket sandwich was pretty bad. Lots of dried pieces and fat. The burger, wings and cheesecake was good.

Food is good but arrived cold.

Our food was cold when it arrived. I?m unsure why it took close to 30 minutes to deliver the food when we leave no more than 5 minutes from the restaurant.

Food was cold. Eatstreet and BWW does not coordinate well. Do not order delivery.

The chicken sandwich and wrap we ordered are middle of the road at best. The pricing was a bit on the high side for what we received. It's no wonder this franchise is slowly petering out.

This is more for Eat Street than the restaurant itself. The restaurant left out an entire entree, but Eat Street corrected the problem immediately by having another driver deliver the entree.

Arrived on time but cold, and missing dessert and sauces. Disappointing when I tipped well.

They got 1/2 the order wrong and the fries were cold. We were supposed to get a drink but it wasn?t there. Tried to call the driver/restaurant to let them know and no one answered the phone.

BWW is the only place that you can get wings delivered and they are NOT soggy. I think this could be due to their paper/cardboard containers, rather than the usual plastic containers, which end up causing steamed/soggy food.

My coworker and i ordered soda and we started drinking it and it was just carbonated water basically. But other then that the wings were so good!!

I ordered 15 boneless. Order was correct. Asian zing, Sweet bbq & no sauce. Here's the problem. I was thinking I'd get my wings like as if I ordered from the restaurant directly. Those wings would've been half Asian zing & half sweet bbq had I ordered from BWW directly. That's how I EXPECTED IT TO COME. You really need to provide it in a way that if I order from it, then it will be like ordering from the restaurant directly. If I order Buffalo wild wings, I guess I'll just pick it up myself next time. But I'll give Eat Street another shot but from a different restaurant.

Everything I ordered was perfect, hot and fresh.

Well they forgot half of our meal, BUT eat street was on top of it . Thank you eatstreat for their quick response

The sauce for all of my wings were all wrong. I?m expecting a full refund.

The food was very very cold. The fries were gross. Missing a drink and two of the five sauces were wrong. I will NEVER order from them again. Ordered my three year olds food with no sauce and there was. He did not eat the chicken. WAIST OF MONEY & TIME.
