Ramen Bowls

I ordered the crab rangoon nachos. I got a whole take out container full of slightly greasy wontons and only a small amount of the crab rangoon topping. 90% of the chips had no topping. I've order a half order at the restaurant and had more of the crab rangoon topping than this full order did.

The broth just tasted like chicken and nothing else. The noodles were really gummy. I think it made us sick but I'm not entirely sure.

There?s just always something wrong or missing with my order 3 times out of 5. I love this restaurant but for carry out or delivery it?s just not worth it.

Always yummy. I really like the new to go containers. Much easier way to store cooked noodles so they don't turn into an impossible hot noodle disc.

My food was really late. Had to reach out to someone to see why my food had not been picked up. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will not be using East Street again

It's still great food but like many other places has experienced shrinkflation less food for more money.

Awesome food

Order wasn?t quite ready when I was notified that it would be, but everything was absolutely delicious, so it was worth the wait.

It took over an hour to get two bowls of ramen that I ordered online and then when I got home the broth base wasn?t even mixed in it had just been plopped in. If I?m going to be spending over $30 for ramen it better be better quality than the stuff I make at home for $5.

Great, hot ramen, as expected. Order was processed quickly and delivered very fast. When you get that craving for great ramen, this is the spot I always recommend.

The first time I ordered which was costly, it was sent to the wrong apartment. The refund that shows up in 5 or 7 business days doesn't solve the problem of not having dinner. Ordered again, with less food. Showed up on time but my order's noodles must have been really hot when placed in the to go container. It was a large disc of noodles that were so stuck together. I'm probably not going to order from here again. This is way too expensive.

On time and well delivered

It still tastes great. However the noodles are always really stuck together and lately I've been having to cut through them with scissors.

Ramen Bowls is always a favorite with us. It arrived on time, still hot. The delivery person was very respectful and followed the instructions. Everything that I ordered was there. It was a gloomy, rainy day and delivered noodles was much needed.

Ramen bowls decided not to accept my order. Nobody from eat street or RB contacted me. I ended up spending an hour and a half trying to get some soup for the family. They did not even put my (re-ordered) ticket at the front of the line after i showed up to pick it up and found out they decided not to make any part of it. If you choose to work with eat street, follow through. Be accountable for tickets that come from them. Food was good, service was super irritating. Not doing this again. Still waiting to see if i was charged twice.

I love the food from Ramen Bowls but delivery was never completed. It even took 30 min from pick up to ?delivery? to someone?s house according to the time stamps on the site.

Ramen Bowls again gave us the wrong items. We did not receive the veggie egg rolls we ordered and somehow received a veggie ramen instead. Ramen Bowls consistently omits portions of orders with such ridiculous regularity that it seems as if it has somehow become ingrained within their service standards.

It was great except for the noodles, they were packed in so tight in the container I had to break them apart with a knife.

Ramen Bowls had our order at store. Eat Street delivered someone else's order from 8hours prior.

Missing part of my order.

Not great as EatStreet canceled my order for no reason. Ramen Bowls had my order and they were making it but no driver got our food because EatStreet canceled. Ramen Bowls even got in contact with you guys and they were told the order will go through again and a driver will be sent. We waited 15 minutes and Ramen Bowls called to tell us no driver was sent and that we would have to re order. So overall not a great experience. Just happy I was never charged for all this.

Forgot our sauces for our wontons and ghost ramen. Overall, everything tasted great.

Took an hour from the order going into the kitchen until it went out. Then our driver text it was delivered but it wasn?t. They eventually delivered it but it was barely warm at that point. Still good food! Just an unfortunate series of events?

Food was excellent, delivery time was very good. However with "free delivery", the service fee alone made this very unappealing. and probably not a service we will use again. My $20.00 order

Delicious food! It?s just hard to transport noodles and not have them stick together. I also didn?t care for all of the plastic. At least most of it is reusable. Would love a take-back program on the plastic though.
