The pizza was not deliver to me on time. It was 70 minutes late. It would have been great but EatStreet messed up.

Driver was super late. No communication, and food was cold. Reached out to four different eat street support team members, two of which didn?t reply to me and two of which said they?d Inform their higher ups and that I?d be receiving a reply for refund. I?ve not heard from anyone yet.

First time I?ve ever waited 70 minutes for a 50 minute order?.only to get a lukewarm carnivore pizza that was missing toppings. I have pictures to show my latest pizza from there which was a 10/10 and this one which was 1/10.

The order took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. An item was missing from my small order.

I absolutely LOVE Papa Keno?s and I get the same thing every time. This time the pizza and the breadsticks looked like they were made wrong. I got the BBQ pizza and it was covered in BBQ sauce. Don?t get me wrong, I love BBQ sauce which is why I get that pizza, but there was way too much. The breadsticks also had huge chunks of garlic on them, which I?ve never noticed before. They weren?t terrible, but if this was my first Papa Keno?s experience, I wouldn?t eat there again.

I was very saddened to hear that they were out of/no longer have sauerkraut. Although, Caroline, who called to tell me, was nice enough, I was quite disappointed.

Food was left at the restaurant for an hour before finally being picked up. Was cold and hard upon arrival. Called the restaurant and they had everything ready, but EatStreet screwed up. Refusing to reimburse.

i thought the pizza was tasty -- Papa Keno's pizza is just SO good -- but it wasn't what we ordered, so the other two folks here didn't like it at all, so they had nothing to eatr. I ordered a regular red-sauce pizza, and paid extra for pesto, which i requested On the Side. We received a pizza with just pesto, no red sauce. No pesto on the side either, and i'd ordered it for dipping the crusts.

It took almost an hour and a half to get it. We could tell it had sat there in the restaurant for a while before eatstreet picked it up. And, there were anchovies in the ceasar salad. Overall, bad experience, not worth the money.

Normally it?s great but it was barely warm when it arrived. Almost like it had been out awhile before it was delivered. I don?t think it was the drivers fault as I watched the wait time increase by over 30 minutes after I put my order in. Not sure what happened but the pizza was not fresh.

They really need to have a specific space for take out pickup. I finally flagged down a waiter and after ten minutes found out my order had been"lost". So an hour and forty five minutes after I originally ordered I finally got to eat my pizza. I get that Saturday is busy, but a serious lack of care and service made this visit a huge fail. Love this place, but will think twice before my next order.

Food estimates arrival times poor. More than an hour when quoted 25 min... AND person didn?t even knock or ring doorbell to inform they dropped food. Poor experience as always. Will use other services.

I was originally disappointed at 7:48 on ordering my pizzas that they wouldn't arrive until 9:02pm but realized that was Saturday night and expected it to be late. But I was blown over to see it arrive by 8:40. My kids heard the knock but I thought it was a mistake. Great job, great food! Thanks.

Having traveled extensively in Italy we have pretty high standards ( pizza snobs, yup...). This place is great, we have many choices in town but will keep coming back.

This order never arrived, even though the website said it was delivered . Papa Kenos remade my order, and some 2 hours after placing our original order, we went and picked up the re-do. where did the driver take the order? also, how can the customer communicate with the delivery driver when this type if thing happens? Houston, we have a flaw.

The food was not good. Pizza was cold and not sure why the cut the slice up the way they did. Pesto dip was also cold and different from how it used to be. Breadsticks were tough and chewy, not big and fluffy like I remember. So sad to say I probably will not order from here again.

The food was great, and I would have given a 5 star rating, but sadly two of the men making the pizza's were wearing their masks below their noses. I totally understand how uncomfortable it is to work with a mask on---but it does bother me when I see this in a food service worker
