Food took an hour to show up and was cold.

Loved the wings with buffalo sauce.

Apparently Buffalo Wild Wings didn't even get my order. So when the Uber driver showed up, he had to call me and ask what sauces were meant for which wings I ordered. I payed for extra side sauces and didn't even get those. The initial eta on my food was 30-45 min. It took an hour and 10 min to get my food. I'm giving it 2 stars ONLY because of the initiative that the Uber driver took to try and make things right.

Food was good after I heated it back up, but talked with Buffalo Wild Wings it was sitting waiting for about an hour before it was picked up.

It was okay. It?s almost always cold and I?m not sure why. Delivery is usually fairly fast but the food is always sub par

It was pretty good. Kindred dry but besides that, it was good.

My food was delivered in a big white garbage bag. I couldn?t eat the food! Total waste of $60

I was missing the boneless wings in my order. Next time I'll just order at the restaurant.

Boneless wings were OK but not worth the price. We didn't receive the onion rings we ordered. Been a long while since we had food from here and it'll be a longer time now.

Ordered boneless wings got bone in wings. Ordered at 659pm with 65min wait predicted delivered at 858. Cheese curds were cold and aoggy

Wings were very tough and not juicy at all.

Instead of double ranch I got no ranch

I waited over 50 minutes for my food and then finally received a notification that they cancelled the order.

Ordered the ultimate nachos, literally was chips with a drizzle of melted cheese, off/old looking pico and some jalape?os. Everything else was fine, but can?t get over the fact that was able to leave the kitchen.

I spent $42 and was shocked by the size of the boneless wings. They were hard and dry no sauce on them. A bag of Tyson wings for $7.99 would have tasted better.

BWW messed up the order. Ordered two sauces, got one. Ordered seasoning on the fries, got none. Ranch cups weren't even half full. I do not fault EatStreet for these issues.

Got everything except the sauce for my chicken strips.

Our order arrived on time with Eatstreet, but unfortunately the order itself was incorrect. Of course, this is the restaurants fault, and not Eatstreet. This has happened to me a few times before when ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings, they seem to put little care into their to go orders, or barely read the tickets.

Not hot, too much sauce, and there was dried cheese on fries

The food was good but I was sent the wrong burger. It ended up being a burger I liked so I didn't ask for a replacement. I ordered a single with cheddar and grilled onions and received a double with American, lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. Everything else in the order was correct and all the food was good.

The sauce on the wings didn?t taste right. They also forgot the dipping sauce for the cheese curds which I?ve noticed is normal even if you pay for the sauce as a side.

This is a review for both eatstreet and BWW. Food was very late, made incorrectly, and cold because the driver took 40 minutes just to deliver it. I got no response to my emails to customer service and due to that and my orders always being wrong at the Lawrence BWW, I will no longer be using eatstreet or the local BWW.

I didn't get the cole slaw that was ordered and was charged $4.99 delivery which I thought was ridiculous as EatStreet was offering free delivery. Guess we live and learn---no more Buffalo Wild Wings for me!!! Also the hoagie it was served on was stale. AND, some of the meat needed seasoning and some tasted too salty, maybe I got the late shift cook. Was not a good experience!! Never again, a $25.00 sandwich that I could barely eat.

My order was wrong i called to let them know the girl that answered the phone said that was not true she took of my order her self I told her look I have nothing to gain by calling an complaining just thought they my be interested in the feed back me being in a customer oriented industry I am always wanting to know how I did she said she would put her manager on the phone but they never picked up the call

Food is always great. Just sucks when you order through a third party and they forget the fried pickles.

They did not provide any dressings or extras that I bought in addition to my wings.

The food was cool by the time I received it. Fries were cold and the wings were barely warm. the food was good BUT...For the amount of money you will spend here I would not have it delivered again.

Usually when ordering a 15pc traditional wing I select 2 sauces. And get half and half. I selected hot and spicy garlic. Didn?t select a 3rd sauce. So instead I got 5 hot, 5 spicy garlic and 5 dry/no seasoned wings.

It was fast and it was great! The only thing was that I ordered the tacos without southwestern ranch and with ranch on the side but the tacos came with southwestern ranch on them. A simple mistake, and understood during these unprecedented times. Thank you to continue to serve the community from a distance. Stay safe!
