Reviews for Acapulco Mexican Grill
I always eat inside at this restaurant and it?s delicious. However, when I got delivery because of the weather conditions it was not very good. First my small cup of $6 guacamole was completely brown and had a fishy smell. Second my pollo loco usually comes with a decent amount of cheese sauce. This time it was really only on the rice and not the chicken. I will say this still tasted fantastic but I did not get the same experience through delivery as I do in restaurant.

The food was very good. We were disappointed because we ordered both cheese dip and guacamole which usually each come with chips but we only received one bag of chips. It could be a misunderstanding on our end, but for years we've always received a bag of chips with cheese dip and a bag with guac, so we didn't have enough chips for everyone and it felt like we didn't get what we expected & paid for.

The restaurant did everything right. The food was good, however I got it two hours after ordering because a driver never picked it up.
At first I did not get my extra salsa and drink. Then as I was about to eat my nacho deluxe there was no cheese on it. So I had to pay for EatStreet to deliver my food. And then I ended up having to go to Acapulco anyways to get the rest of what I ordered. And to get what I did receive corrected.
I order from Acapulco almost weekly and it?s always amazing. However, this time, my order was wrong and it was super disappointing :( I asked for steak, paid extra for steak, and received ground beef.

My husband and I have ordered take out and delivery from Acapulco many times and this was the first time an item was missing from our order. It won't deter us from ordering again but it's a bummer we paid for cheese dip that we didn't receive. We received two containers of salsa so I think whoever prepared the order thought one of the salsa containers was cheese dip.

Due to the pandemic I haven?t had Acapulco Mexican in about a year. We got carry out and it reminded me why I like this restaurant. The food was very good! Thank you!
