Food was incorrect and couldn?t even get a refund

We paid over $60 for our delivered meal. (20 wings and 6tacos) The portions were very small and not at all as pictured. We were also missing two sauces. Also was supposed to have carrots and celery but received a little bag with like two carrots and three small celery pieces

BWW was able to bill us for the order but somehow the restaurant never received the order and had to scramble to get it done, over 5 orders were missing and two were wrong and missing components. The driver for ES was very helpful and polite.

Took double the time to get the food as stated.

Ordered wings to go and they forgot to put them in sauce

Food wasn't ordered until the driver got to the restraunt. I ordered at 6:04 and did not get food until 7:30. I did not get everything I ordered and my wings had NO sauce on them. The food that came was mediocre.

It's excellent food I would just like all of my order next time, if you sell drinks than the drinks should come if I order it.

There was cheese on the bean burger, we asked for no cheese. Otherwise, it's what you expect.

The entire order was wrong

Delivery took forever and food was cold, likely because there was no drivers out, said restaurant had to deliver, not only that I was 1 wing short in two of the 5 piece boxes. If I?m over-paying for convenience I expect better. I would have preferred if my order had been cancelled and had plain rice for dinner.

Terrible ordering experience. Ordered food that took two hours and arrived cold. I was missing a beverage as well. Was given a $3 credit for a future order and I spent $100. Never again.

Onion rings were not added to the order, even thought I paid for it.

Messed my order up. All wings were sauced. Why give us an option on how we want our wings when they ain?t going to even pay attention to getting it right? Also, $6 ?large? fries was the size of small fries at McDonald?s Donald?s. Came in a big box but barely anything in it! Such a rip off!!!! Not worth my money. Won?t order again for delivery.

Food was cold and no flavor

I ordered a cob salad, large cheese curd, and wings. I got all of it except the salad. HOW DO YOU FORGET A SALAD?! This is the 2nd time they messed my order up. I won't ordered here again. All I get in return for a missed items is a coupon.

The food was excellent- it always is. However, there?s usually something missing from the order. This time, I ordered chips and salsa? I never received the salsa. I understand these things can happen, but it?s been a pretty regular occurrence now and it makes me wonder if the orders aren?t being checked.

Chicken and dip were good, chips that came with the dip were VERY stale.

Continuously doesn't not send all items in the order.

Overcooked chicken and fries

The wings took over 2 hours to get here because apparently someone that was not supposed to took our order. They remade our order and it was cold when it got here

Just once it would be nice for Eat Street / BWW to not mess up and order. Just missing and incorrect sauces this time, but it shouldn't be an expectation with each order that there will be issues.

100% wrong, literally nothing was right, it was like Buffalo Wild Wings decided not to look at the order ticket and do what was easiest for them, will never order from Buffalo Wild Wings again

Order was missing items again. Never get a correct bdubs order. And the price! Yikes!

Ordered at 550 at 900 canceled order with nothing

It took almost 3 hours to receive the food and it was cold on arrival.

Food was gross and they forgot the potato wedges

This was my second time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings and getting the wrong order

The meat quality was awful and they seemed over cooked and mostly breading

The food was old and very cold! The wings were extremely cold and tasted like they were fried hours before. The wings were very dry and cold

Food was great, missed my Izze drink on the order though.

Food was cold by the time we got it. Celery was missing from order as part of the sides.

We wanted sauce for n our wings and got dry rub instead.

Took almost two hours to get food. And was barely warm when it arrived.

The food was delicious! I did call the restaurant to verify they received my order because it was still pending ten minutes after I placed it, but they quickly put it into the system after that and I am extremely satisfied with my experience!

Bag had sauce all over it. Did not include my ranch, carrots or onion ring sauce. Did not get extra onion ring sauce either.

Never recieved

20 Wing order: 1. they were not fully cooked. 2. I asked for 4 different flavors and only got 3. When reported to EatStreet, only got $3 credit to my account. Will definitely not order again.

Well they didn?t have one of the wraps that was ordered so they called me and when they switched my order they also switched what my sides were so I paid for cheese curds and got fries instead

food was good, but they forgot our drinks and didnt get any of our veggies. money was refunded, dont think its the drivers fault

I love ordering the supreme nachos with chicken. But I was a little disappointed with the lack of toppings on them. Normally it's a lot better.

Several items were missed, which I am bit sure if it was the delivery company missing a bag or the restaurant messing up. Restaurant refunded the missing items otherwise I would have rated the transaction a 1.

Order delivered was NOT correct. Did NOT get food ordered and paid for. Disappointing. Delivery was timely tho....just not correct...
