Havana Coffee

Took 45 minutes and then I was delivered someone else's order

Very tasty breakfast sandwiches and prepared well. Our order was ready when we arrived which was nice too

I like the food at Havana but, in this case, the drier never brought it.

Didn't even knock on my door. Just set it on the public sidewalk. Then my coffee didn't even have cream or sugar in it.

My order didn?t come to me correct

Not good at all. My burrito was missing most the ingredients that were stated on the menu. Very bland.

Dried out, not very much cheese. Drink was made incorrectly, I even paid extra for it. I normally love them but 3 out of my last 4 orders were made wrong. Buyer beware if you modify their recipe.

Food was alright. They forgot to make my Order so it took awhile to get.

English muffin sandwich - excellent. Hash browns - TERRIBLE, not work the money. Tasted like they were burned, dried out, and sat under a heat lamp for days.

Paid $1.50 for a tomato in my sandwich. Never did get one. It was right on the receipt but not there. It sure would?ve helped that sandwich !!!

I got a confirmation that my order was ready to pick up about 20 min after I placed the order. When I arrived at Havana it took 5 min for someone to acknowledge me at the counter. I asked about my order. They made my coffee then told me my food wasn?t ready. I waited another 30 min for my food order. I asked them again if it was ready and after a few minutes was able to flag down a barista. Her voice was snippy and short. She opened the back door and my food was ready. I think it had been sitting there awhile because people who placed orders i. The store after me were receiving their food orders. This is not my first issue with Havana usually my food or drink order is wrong. The baristas are never friendly and short and snippy. I won?t be returning.

They discontinued their cinnamon rolls for mini versions and did not update their menu or thei eat street menu with this change. So when I paid $3.00 for one that came looking like it was made in a. Easy bake oven and burnt on the bottom, I was sincerely disappointed. Not worth that money and disappointed in their lack of communication on their menu updates.

I order from Havana about once a week and I normally love their food. However I ordered 2 avocado sandwiches in this order, neither of which had avocado on them. If you?re out, contact me

Awesome coffee but they have really good food too at very fair prices. Way better then that crazy seattle mega judgy place.

I'll still go to havana, I do love that place. I got an order wrong sent to me from eat street though. (Food delivery app). It wasn't the delivery drivers fault cause the receipt was right. The ladies at havana put the order together themselves. My drinks were right though, I was happy about that. I won't blame them this time at havana. It must have been busy or something.

Food was ice cold. Coffee was mediocre and warm. Flavors were great though

The soup was bland and tasteless The sandwich was okay, very little meat in it sadly for the cost.

The food is very good and the staff is always pleasant, but they never get the order correctly. In my experience, there is always something missing or prepared incorrectly.

There was a slight mix up and Havana Coffee went above and beyond to make it right! Thank you so much! Everything was delicious as well.

Cold and drinks were melted i went to the door two mins after the knock so it wasn?t like it sat there

I received what I ordered but the sandwiches were missing the chips, and a sauce that goes on the sandwich normally. And my drink was the wrong size. Usually very good experience with Havana though.

Five stars all around. I asked for light espresso in my Oreo frappe because I have some sensitivities to coffee, and it was perfect. The mushroom brie bisque absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. It was delicious. And my mom loved her scone. She says most orange cranberry scones don't taste much like orange and don't have many cranberries, but that the scone from Havana was flavorful and packed with cranberries and orange peel. Amazing first experience, I can't wait to order again.

I ordered at 8am and it made it to my house about 4 hrs later. But at least I?m getting my $$ back.

Didn?t get extra salsa I asked for, I never do. And I definitely didn?t get any cream in my latte like I asked for. Food was semi cold when I got it late.

The Berry smoothie was very good. We were disappointed in the breakfast burritos. One was to be potato and chicken but arrived as potato and sausage. The other was potato and bacon with each half having less than 6 bacon pieces that were about 1/2 inch each in size. The eggs were very flavorful and carried the burritos. Sadly, when I tried to call about the error, there was no answer. We will definitely try other smoothies.

McDonald's is better

Best breakfast sandwiches I?ve ever had! The cold brew coffees were also excellent!
