Food was excellent. Driver kept some of my food

They?re 5 minutes away yet everything was cold like it sat out for an hour.

It said 18-28 minutes when the order was submitted. At 45 minutes the site changed to getting ETA and spinning. I tried to call the restaurant twice but couldn't get an answer. At 50 minutes, I called the Eatstreet customer support number. I was on hold while the representative contacted a driver. After the call, the food finally showed us as out for delivery. About 15 minutes after that the food showed up. It was old and cold like it had sat for 30 minutes or more. We microwaved it, and made it edible, but overall it was just a bad experience.

The food wasn't very warm.

I ordered cauliflower wings. I could barely taste the sauce with some of the wings and some had no sauce on them. It was extremely disappointing and threw away more than half of them. I also paid for extra sauce to dip my cauliflower wings in and both of the sauces were not in the bag.

Didn't get what I ordered, it was the wrong order and I was very upset.

There was no issue with the food from BWW, but the fact that the Eat Street driver took almost 45 minutes to get it to me, and that it arrived completely cold was unacceptable.

Was bad. Was 20 min later then lasted posted time. Food was very cold. Only got wings and frys and eatstreet messed that up. Tried to complain but only got a email saying we will give you a 3.00 credit for next time. Like there will be a next time with customer service like that

There was something wrong with the software from eatstreet. Took about an hour to get the order, but the food tracker would only say "processing order" and 0-10 minutes. Stuck at 0-10 minutes for 35inutws in order tracker.

Cold hard fries

I am a vegetarian, and there was meat in all of my food.

Everything but the kids chicken was good. Kids chicken was completely dried out

They constantly forget food when getting an order from eat street.

Salad was missing ingredients and super small for the price.

For the price that we paid the serving size for both items absolutely ridiculous. There were two of us we each ordered a burger. One ordered tater tots and one ordered onion rings. For the price, the package had four onion rings in it. Are you serious? 4? And there were 11 Tots in the other package. That is damn near theft. The burgers were actually very good but whoever worked our order did not pay attention to what we entered when we ordered. One Burger was supposed to have onion it had nothing. Total disregard. We will never order from Buffalo Wild Wings again.

My order from bbw that was delivered by eat street was so cold that I couldn't eat it. It wasn't even a little warm

Our wings were cold. We've given Buffalo Wild Wings many times to get it right, and the food is always cold when it arrives. I'm sure it's much better in the restaurant, but I don't think we'll be ordering here through EatStreet again.

Food arrived cold, like the burger was cooked all of the way through.

Fries was soooooo old and hard I felt bad for my kids I walk to McDonald?s even the wing was wrong

I ended up calling the restaurant because my dessert and my cheese dip were unacceptable.

The order was incomplete. They were out of soda cups for take out and luckily the driver connected with me to solve that issue. I thanked the driver profusely. But then, food was missing from the order. A second driver brought the food after I talked to the restaurant, and they included some coupons-which was greatly appreciated. The order was delivered late due to the restaurant?s cup issue. The driver was apologetic.

The food we got was delicious but they didn't bring any of the sides for the cauliflower wings we ordered.

Delivery took an hour and obviously everything was cold. It wasn't very good food either.

The chicken tenders were delicious

We ordered burgers and did not receive them. We were given brisket instead and it was awful!
