Gyro King did not even see my order until I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes after the estimated pick up time. I asked for my carry out order, they walked to their computer screen and said it would still be a few minutes. 10-15 minutes later, our order was ready. This same scenario has happened with me previously when ordering from Gyro King through Eat Street. Their food is really good but there seems to be a disconnect with them receiving orders from Eat Street.
Horrible customer service!!! Refused to give me a refund for my order that was accidentally sent to the wrong location. Was told 3 different things by 3 different people. These people do not care about their customers.
The workers are very nice, and the food is great!
Food was good but I ordered my food & got there over an hour later and when I got there it still wasn?t ready. I still had to wait for them to prepare it.
I normally love gyro king, however they did forget to put the pickles and the pepperocini peppers that I specificially ordered.
