The drinks were made as asked and tasted great

They had not even started making the order when we arrived 10 min after the pick up time. This has happened to us multiple times here

Made hot drinks when I ordered 2 iced pumpkin chais and 1 hot. They tasted fine but not what I ordered and I couldn't reorder because you closed.

It?s not la javas fault my food was cold their food was amazing it was just cold because it took over an hour for a driver to pick it up.

My order was cancelled because they had no Chai and rather than delaying delivery you cancelled and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!

I got the wrong order

Took a long time to be made, my muffin was missing from my order, my drink was not made correctly

We had ordered two of our four drinks w/ skim milk & we had no skim milk drinks delivered. We chose not to call it in because it would have taken more time to receive the correct drinks. The amount of time to have our drinks delivered & delivery person were good.
