A&W - Green Bay Velp Ave

My entire order was wrong and so many items were missing it was over 30 minutes late. I reached out to EatStreet and they wouldn?t try to make it right so not only did I not get what I ordered, but I had to pay for it? The live chat person was extremely rude and didn?t help at all.. why am I getting punished for them messing up? I understand having errors, but you can compensate to make up for it.

It was delicious!! Only complaint I had was that the bag it came in was not sealed at all. All the deliver guy would have to do is open it and do God knows what in it. I will be calling them next time I order to ask that it is sealed. Other places I order always seal and I appreciate that.

Food was correct but arrived cold. Bag and ice cream cup was wide open when delivered.
