Pancho Villa Taqueria - San Mateo

Always a great experience, always great food!!

As usual the food was fresh and delicious! We make it a point to come here st least once a month...and we live in Oakland!

I placed a big order yesterday and got everything! Usually, I get a couple of burritos. So far, their food is consistently good and I especially love the spicy orange sauce!

They do not follow the instructions at all. In spite of paying extra for guacamole, they did not add it in the burrito. In spite if paying extra for additional mild salsa, they did not give any. Very disappointing.

Very busy place. Well run operation except for the distribution at the end. That part is highly chaotic. The guy at the door doesn't have a handle on where orders are and doesn't sort between: GrubHub, DoorDash, EatStreet, Call-In, etc. This creates mass confusion for the dozen or so people standing inside & outside. It's an easy fix but management doesn't seem to notice or care. That being said, the food is fabulous. Come on guys, please fix this!!!

My order was wrong and this isn't the first time. They added peas and completely did the opposite of what I wanted in my burrito. If their printer doesn't print properly (which has been there case in the past) then they should get it fixed instead of making up what should be in the order. Thakfully Eatstreet refunded me for the incorrect burrito.
